I am interested in hiring someone to clean my home - possibly once a week. I want them to dust - clean baseboards - sweep and clean hardwoods and of course clean the 2 1/2 bathrooms. I would also want one room to be deep cleaned each week - How do I go about hiring someone? We have people come in and clean at work and we have gone through multiple companies, they always do well the first couple weeks and then barely do anything after that. So I am thinking I would do better hiring someone that is on their own....what do you think?
