Keep the cellulose. It's a better value -- you get a better product with better insulating properties.

Make sure to visit the house after it's installed to make sure it is everywhere it should be. You do not want gaps or holes.

Your cellulose home will be 40% more energy efficient than a fiberglass house! Much quieter and safer if you ever had a house fire. Google NFPA fire test and watch that video.

I am thirding the cellulose

Spray foam is your best option most builders don't use it because of the upfront cost but if you plan on staying it has a payback

Look at that NFPA fire test before you use foam. If your home caught fire you'd be dead from the smoke before you ever knew your home was on fire. Ants love foam.

For better clarification: fiberglass insulation traps air particles in between the fibers. Those air particles are what resist heat flow. When there is any air movement through the fiberglass it takes the heat with it and becomes a filter. It's cheaper, and rarely installed correctly. When it is compressed in a cavity it compresses the air cavities making it less effective. And as your house dries and settles, there is bound to be some air movement in the wall cavities which fiberglass, unlike cellulose, has no power to stop. I hope that clarifies a little better why you should go with cellulose over fiberglass.
