We like the idea of painted white cabinets on top and lemongrass/fernwood green (a green that leans yellow) on the bottom. Not exactly this green, but something similar. And, we prefer slab fronts.

White on top, wood on bottom; color scheme (though not quite that color wood and maybe not glossy white). We may opt for painted MDF on both, but would like to price out a wood option. Our concern with wood is too much wood (with our wood floors). We like the white counter. This is a cool kitchen.

Like industrial looking sinks -- especially the 2/3 - 1/3 split. Though, it doesn't have to stick out in front. We also really like this faucet.

We like the open shelves next to the cabinets. Our design has places for two sets of open shelves.

We like the white, think counters and backsplash (ours will just be behind the stove). Also, like the white slab cabinets. We'd opt for a different color on the bottom.

Would like a custom solution for spices and oils, if it can fit into the design. We aren't sure we'd want to lose too much cabinet/drawer space to fit it in, though. We will want some custom solution for our corner cabinets and our pantry (shelves that pull out). In at least one corner cabinet, we'll be storing medium size appliances like a juicer and crockpot. And, likely stock pots in the other.

Simple, minimal, light colors. Good storage. Scandinavian style. Though, we will only have one sink. We don't like these faucets...we prefer silver/chrome in a more minimal style.

We lean towards this faucet style for the bathroom. Something simple, minimal, and/or more mid-century modern.
