Caesarstone

We ordered quartzite countertops, with a lifetime warranty. The countertops are completely stained from WATER. We might as well have cardboard countertops. They have been in for a week and already look horrible. We went through Ikea and then Atlas Marble and Granite....no one would would help me. Nothing but aggravation with this project. It was templated wrong as well and the stone does not match. It is a disaster. Ikea has tried to be helpful but Caesarstone will not do as they say. BUYER BEWARE, There are so many stone places, do not bother and waste your time with this one!

This was installed 48hours ago and has strange stains on stone that won’t come off. Making it look dirty. Tried contacting the company number different ways and no response what so ever.

Being an interior designer, I have seen a lot of counter tops - and Caesarstone is simply the best! Their patterns and colours are so beautiful. I've even used them for my own kitchen renovation. Not very happy with the customer service. We were told that there is no sales rep to bring us samples and after we tried to source your product out from 3rd parties, the prices were very high.

When choosing a Caesarstone counter proceed with caution! As of December 10, 2016, our questions / concerns remain the same: Is the warranty on our counter top put into jeopardy due the damage occurred in the fabricating stage? If the repairs done on site by the Caesarstone technician and then redone by Emporium Natural Stone fail in the years to come, will Caesarstone deal with it under warranty? Emporium Natural Stone came recommended to us by my brother in-law, and we also viewed the list of accredited fabricators/installers on the Caesarstone website. Since Emporium Natural Stone was listed on the Caesarstone “Where to View and Buy” page, we felt confident in hiring Emporium Natural Stone for the job. At the end of three months, we are incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the lack of response we have experienced in dealing with both parties. Emporium Natural Stone, fully admits to having installed a damaged counter top, but refuses to take responsibility. Caersarstone initially promised to look into our issue, but failed to do so and has remained silent on our warranty concerns. We fully understand that this is a small issue in the grand scheme of your respective companies, but for the homeowner in question and other potential homeowners this is a huge issue. The mark of a truly respectable company is how they address their failings and make amends when things go wrong.
