The Yorkville Design Centre team were a pleasure to work with . The project involved the complete renovation of a two storey condo unit. It was not a simple project as everything had to be replaced including the entire HVAC system. The contractor was efficient and easy to work with. We worked with Alissar and Thomas to create our dream kitchen. They were both wonderful to work with. They listened to what we needed (and wanted) and came up with gorgeous design ideas. Once we chose a design and began the process, we wanted to step out of the process and let the professionals handle the details. Alissar, who managed our project, was the perfect project manager. She "got us" and our aesthetic right from the start by really looking at the style of our existing house. She matched a gorgeous kitchen with an older house seamlessly. She was easy to talk to and work with. She was always available, quick to respond to questions and issues that arise when installing a new kitchen. She knew the contractor well and had a great relationship with the tradesmen--and they all worked as a team. They whole process from idea to install was seamless for us and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We have another project in the house and I want Yorkville Design Centre and Alissar and Thomas to help us again.

Thomas and his team at Yorkville Designs- were fabulous! It can be intimidating and daunting starting a new kitchen or home from scratch. We came with photos, magazine tear sheets and our hopes and best wishes! Thomas and his firm- Yorkville Designs made it a great, collaborative- process. My partner Lisa and I were able to improve our concept, through collaboration with Thomas. We now have a kitchen (the Heart of our home) that exceeded our expectations. He and his team put our plans on their proprietary software which was better than the architects, to help us with the 'vision'. This helped us immensely with our project beyond his scope of work. He was just interested in us getting the very best result, for all of us, on this journey- that we actually took together.

We have worked with Viktoriya Dacosta at Yorkville Design on two major projects: a complete renovation of our kitchen plus main floor, and our master bathroom. Our experience has been excellent! In 2014 my husband and I bought a condo in Toronto that needed a complete refurbishment. We decided to take a look at Downsview Kitchens in Yorkville to see what they had to offer by way of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. They had much more to offer than just that. We were introduced to Thomas, David and their very talented architectural and interior design team at Yorkville Design Centre. They were a smaller company that offered professional, personalised service, while respecting our budget and design intent; there was an instant connection. (Please note- Downsview Kitchens and Yorkville Design Centre are in the same office.) We hired YDC to do our design and interiors. On time and well priced, we kept adding the responsibilities which they executed professionally. David personally drove me to meet with various suppliers for finishes and lighting. They recommended contractors and assisted with the bid process. We hired YDC to act as our project managers as we travelled frequently. Our kitchens, bathrooms, and closets were all Downsview. Our design and interiors was Yorkville Design Centre, and our construction contract was with Battiston Constructon. All coordinated from start to finish by Thomas, David and their team. Our dated condo was transformed into a modern home. I would highly recommend working with YDC.

Our experience with Yorkville Design Centre was stellar and we love our new kitchen. The lead designer was terrific to work with, knowledgeable, amenable to our suggestions and desires, and innovative in coming up with solutions to any challenges. The project was on budget and any minor issues were quickly resolved at no extra cost. Their installer is meticulous and lovely to work with. However, some more junior staff were slow to respond to inquiries, seemed disorganized and provided us with incorrect information on delivery dates. Nevertheless, these were minor annoyances and, in spite of these, we highly recommend Yorkville Design Centre.

We have had the pleasure of working with Yorkville Design Centre on several projects over the past fifteen years. In particular, David Neff has shown consistent creativity, a unique perspective and professionalism with projects large and small, including a cottage re model, 2 kitchens, and a 7,000 square foot family home. Yorkville UNACCEPTABLE job of designing and organizing our kitchen. we have to paid full amount at front, and they can start do the designer; however, it doesn't matter you like the design or not, they job is done, they said they can do nothing else, that is.hahaha... we feel so luck we just try the kitchen, not the whole house, just want to share this bad experience to everyone, thanks.

We worked with Yorkville Design to redo our kitchen and guest bathroom. We researched several leading kitchen cabinet suppliers and found Yorkville Design to be far above the others. They presented superior design approaches and offered invaluable insights to improve the layout and design. For example in the bathroom we had a difficult bathtub situation as we are in a condo and replacing the tub would have been difficult. They came up with a great solution to cover the tub in Ceasarstone with a unique lighting detail, and the final effect was beautiful. The kitchen cabinets were planned, executed and installed expertly. Yorkville Design was detail-oriented, responsive, and helped us through all of the decisions to make the final result beautiful. We would highly recommend them—when our next project comes up we will definitely call on the Yorkville Design team to help us out!

We live in downtown Toronto and wanted to renovate our kitchen to reflect our lifestyle.My husband and I sourced a few companies to plan and design our home renovation which included an addition to the kitchen/dining room space and a new kitchen and outdoor patio space. We received designs and consultations from others but Yorkville design Centre was amazing from start to finish. Thomas, the architect and David, the designer at Yorkville Design Centre came to our home, listened carefully to our needs and concerns, asked many questions in a respectful and professional manner. and reviewed and measured the space.Within 2 weeks, we went to their showroom and were blown away be the amazing plans they had drawn for us. They were so creative in planning space and the design of the interior and exterior of the home. No one had ever proposed the concepts they produced. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!. They introduced a transitional kitchen with modern & traditional design to tie in with our 100 year old home in downtown Toronto. It had plenty of light by opening the back of the home with floor to ceiling windows. By moving the wall to create a bigger kitchen, it created a wonderful flow from the kichen, the breakfast , dining space and patio. I loved the cabinets too. In addition to the plans, they showed us the materials, colors of the cabinetry, counters, etc. They were helpful in suggesting cost saving options and were always available and patient to answer questions or my silly concerns. Thomas and David are very talented, imaginative and creative but at the same time respectful of our needs and patient with our never ending questions. We cannot express the pleasure it has been to work with them on this project. We would highly recommended them.

Yorkville Design Centre provided me with a kitchen design as well as a backyard design. I found them to be timely, reasonably priced, innovative in their designs but most of all friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended their services to friends who were also very pleased with them and I would recommend them again.

Design ideas were interesting and geared to client's needs and preferences. I was happy to deal with this company. Thomas and his staff were obliging and helpful. We hired Thomas Tampold to design and manufacture our new kitchen in a condo and because of his creativity and problem- solving skills we expanded the work to include working drawings and our master bedroom dressing room.
