Grove Remodeling Llc. specializes in all phases of residential remodeling, from kitchen and bath remodeling, finish basements, and interior trim work, to whole house remodels and additions, including scrapes. We are a personal and versatile company that can work on projects of many different scales. At Grove we believe in maintaining a high level of trust, value, and quality in our relationships with our customers. Javier Zayas started Grove Remodeling in 2002 after spending 20 years in the home building trades. Now, after being in business for 14 years and counting, Grove Remodeling has built a strong network of customers in the Denver region, particularly in the southern communities of Centennial, Englewood, Lone Tree and Denver. The primary focus of Grove Remodeling is in working with clients that love the homes and the communities that they live in, and are now interested in transforming those homes into something more stylish and functional to fit their lifestyles and personal tastes. We also work with clients that need more space and better design for growing families. Anyone who has lived in a home for a period of time has spent much time thinking about the features they would like to change or add to their space. Javier and his team strive above all else to help those clients reach those objectives in a friendly, low pressure working environment. Javier of Grove Remodeling was a great choice for our big home remodel. He is very patient, fair, knowledgeable and dependable. We had a complicated remodel including tearing the roof off half of our house and Javier and his team handled it quickly and expertly . Javier is thoughtful, has many great ideas, and does a lot of the work himself. He was quick to address a couple of plumbing and painting troubles and the costs were always fair. Highly recommended!

Grove remodeling fully renovated our 60 year old family home with great care and craftsmanship. This group of professionals expertly moved walls, updated plumbing, upgraded electrical, installed windows, replaced doors, constructed custom trim, and ultimately breathed new life into our older home. Beginning with the first phone call, through the finishing touches, communication was friendly, thoughtful and patient. The price was right throughout the many changes that we made along the way. We worked through our first kitchen project together, and have continued to work together in the last year, on a number of projects including two basement remodels and a master suite. We hired Javier to do a complete gut job and remodel of our 1930's kitchen and bathroom (before we moved in and two months before our wedding!). I highly recommend working with Javier and his crew at Grove Remodeling. He came to us as a recommendation through a family member and we couldn't have been happier. Javier handled the entire renovation himself (getting his guys there on certain days, setting up the appointments with his sub-contractors, etc.) and all went incredibly smoothly. Javier showed up to every one of our appointments on time (which I hear is highly unlikely when working with contractors!) and he was easy to get in touch with by phone, text, and email. His crew of guys were respectful and hard workers and every one of his sub-contractors (HVAC, flooring guy, tile guy, electrician, plumber, etc.) were very skilled and professional. We have recommended working with Javier to many of our friends who have also hired him for their home projects. We would (and are planning on!) hiring him again for our future home projects. We 110% recommend working with Javier and Grove Remodeling!

Master bathroom remodel. Including removal of bathtub, relocation of existing shower. Removal of old floor tile, old shower tile and vanity. New shower was built where bathtub had been. New vanities and sinks installed. New walls were built where old shower was. Grove Remodeling did a very professional job. Many minute details of which I had no interest in, but were necessary to successful completion of the job, were discussed and resolved beautifully. All of the workers were polite, clean, and respectful of my property. I was always kept informed as to when workers were coming. I would highly recommend Javier and his crew.

Javier and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. It was a fairly straight forward job but as with any job there were a number of other, smaller "side tasks" that came up along the way and they were extremely accommodating in their ability to tackle them as well for us. The work was all first rate and his crews were courteous and respectful. Javier is extremely responsive, accurate in his estimates and kept to his timeline. I would definitely recommend working with Grove regardless of the size of the project and have full faith that they can provide you with a great finished product.

We hired Grove Remodeling to do a large project in our house in 2012. We did a structural remodel on our kitchen, patio and living room along with the master bathroom and wood floors throughout the house. The estimated time was 5 months and he completed it in 5 1/2 months which was very close. We had an architect design the remodel and Grove Remodeling completed the work in a timely and careful manner. We took out walls on the main floor and made the kitchen an open concept with an island in the middle. The patio was expanded and covered. He finished the project to our satisfaction and always came back to touch up small cosmetic items. We have highly recommended Javier Zayas to many of our neighbors.

My project is not yet complete, but Javier and his team have done a great job to date, not only fulfilling the architect's drawings but working with us and offering advice on how to accomplish what we want and how to deal with all the little areas where the blueprint and reality run into each other. Javier has been very conscientious and interested in my satisfaction and in the quality of the job done. I subbed out a couple of the project aspects outside of him, and in retrospect wish I hadn't. Project was expansion of the existing kitchen, and the basement below it, creating a walkout from below and a doubling of the existing kitchen size. I will update as the project wraps up, but at the moment I am more than satisfied.

Grove Remodeling did a major remodel on our home last spring and we cannot say enough good things about the people who did the work, from the planning stage through the completion of the project. Very professional group of folks who always put the needs of the customer as their top priority. I would recommend Grove Remodeling to anyone planning a remodel project. The work was top quality in all phases of the project and the clean up and neatness along the way was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the high quality and workmanship of the finish carpentry work. If there were 10 stars to give, I would be rating them a 10!

We hired Grove Remodeling to do a complete renovation of the home we bought in Denver. They were wonderful to work with through all stages of the planning and construction process. Javier, the owner of the company, is great at coming up with ideas. The work and attention to detail by him and all of his contractors is impeccable. We used Grove for a large previous remodel and knew we didn't want to use anyone else!

Javier and his team finished our basement and did a beautiful job! Javier is very detail oriented and has a very good eye for design. He recommended changes to the architect's plans that made the space even more functional. The whole process went very smoothly and was finished on time and within budget. His entire team could not have been better to work with. We will definitely call him for our next project!
