This past summer we used P &M Renovations to remodel our master bathroom, hall bathroom and laundry room. This was the third time we used P & M Renovations for remodeling our home because they do excellent work. We supplied P & M Renovations with detailed drawings of the remodel vision we had for these room and used Studio 41 for all of the plumbing fixtures for these rooms. Butch and his team did an excellent job and we love the final product.

We were referred to P&M by a family who had a total renovation of their kitchen, bath, and utility room. They invited us into their home to show us their completed renovation and explained the process for them from start to finish. They were very pleased with their remodeling and strongly recommended P&M for consultation. Meeting with contractors is an important step in securing a company to complete a project. We had already met with several remodeling companies who would listen to our needs/wants and then present to us a plan for our project that did not reflect those ideas for completion of the job. They just did not listen to us! We called Mike Wurl from P&M for a meeting in January, 2020. Mike listened to our needs and hopes for a kitchen and first floor remodeling of our home. He explained that P&M has its own cabinet shop and makes all of those cabinets to order for each job. He further explained that the work on our home and our satisfaction were their utmost priority. Mike returned to our home with a drawing of what he envisioned for our home. Our first remark to him was: “You listened to us!” His plan was extremely innovative and one that none of the other builders had presented to us without exception. March 3, 2020, our demolition began! (10 days later, our state was completely closed due to the Coronavirus Epidemic!). We remained safe and precautions were put in place for our continued safety without interruption to the project. Workers for P&M are skilled craftsmen who constantly showed consideration for not only our safety but for our privacy as well. They explained what they were doing and why certain steps were necessary for the integrity of our home’s structure. We made some adjustments to our original plan and listened to suggestions from Mike during the process. He had some great ideas and so did we and all were discussed at length. We have discovered how helpful having drawers can be over conventional cabinets. We have lots of drawers and just love them. We have so much storage and cooking and baking is a whole new experience Our job was completed according to the schedule we had been given and it was truly magical to see the transformation! We strongly recommend P&M for your remodeling job.

We just finished a primary bathroom remodel with P&M. The entire experience was excellent starting with the initial consultation. Mike carefully listened to our thoughts then gave us suggestions based on his experience. The collaborative process resulted in a bathroom better than we had expected. The team at P&M stayed with the project without interruption, unlike many other contractors we have dealt with in the past. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. We looked at the progress with a critical eye but P&M were ahead of us, paying close attention to detail with obvious pride in their work. Great communication before and during the project kept us informed on how they planned to ensure perfection. The team cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and a detail clean at the end of the project, making living with construction seamless. Mike provided a cost estimate up front and they were spot on - no surprises. We felt like Mike and team acted as if they were spending their own money when we added items or ideas in addition to the original scope of work. Never a bad surprise in terms of quality or cost. Their business model allows them to maintain high quality work while staying within budget. We had the same team throughout the project and found them to be incredibly nice and polite in addition to skilled at their trades. They were very easy to have in our house for a few weeks and very trustworthy. We have already recommended P&M to family and we will definite contact P&M with future projects.

P&M completely transformed our basement from unfinished and now it is the focal point of our house! The trim package they use is amazing , the quality of the work is second to none and they worked with our budget. We added a full bathroom, a bar and a wine cellar along with large open entertaining space. Highly recommended!

We just completed a total renovation of our Townhouse with P&M. We did a complete tear-down to the walls and the concrete floor. The project came out great, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. P&M was competitively priced compared to the other companies we interviewed but they had lead with their kitchen cabinets. All the other companies were offering standard commercial cabinets that we needed to purchase separately. P&M offered custom cabinets that went all the way to the ceiling not your standard 42” cabinets. They came out gorgeous to say the least. Best of all, since they built the cabinets themselves, they made changes for us along the way even after the cabinet frames were installed. The cabinets were a super plus but I do not want to imply that the other rooms were just OK. They totally rebuilt the bathrooms and enlarged the master shower with new base, new wall tiles and new floors. Everything came out beyond our expectations including the redesign of the laundry room. My wife and I were super-pleased with the end result. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the job P&M did and would highly recommend P&M to anyone.

Mike Wurl and his crew did a great job remodeling our kitchen and updating our first floor. This is the second time we used P & M Renovations (Mike Wurl) to renovate our home because we trusted Mike to provide a quality job. Mike's crew was professional (Kudos to Butch !), detailed and thorough. We are happy with the results and I would recommend P & M Renovations for your remodeling needs. We hope to use P & M Renovations again to update our Master Bathroom.

Mike and his P&M crew recently remodeled our small Master bathroom. Mike's knowledge and ideas for this space provided us with a beautiful new bathroom. The P&M work crew were dependable, talented, and professional. The only issue we had was with the GDK Builder Services Co. Although we ordered a shower door with an EnduroShield Glass Coating to reduce cleaning time up to 90% and guaranteed for up to ten years+, the GDK person who came out to measure neglected to place the order correctly. We would definitely work with P&M again, but not GDK Builder Services.

We used P&M Renovations for our kitchen and 3 bathroom renovation project last summer. The quality of their work and finished products are top-notch. We are loving the updates and really feel like it's a new home!

We hired P&M Renovations to finish our basement. Mike & his crew did an amazing job! They were very detailed and thorough with their work. Mike, Butch and their team installed a basement bathroom for us. There wasn't an existing bathroom there so it was a fairly tough task! The bathroom and shower came out great, and the team was very professional. The job was finished on time and it is exactly what we wanted. Cant wait for another project we can complete together!

We have had various projects accomplished by P&M. The most recent project was a major remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and custom trim work. Mike gave us a number of very creative ideas that resulted in a dramatic new look for our kitchen.. Whenever we have company, we receive numerous compliments. He was very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. He had a real concern to meet all of our expectations. P&M's staff was very professional,and courteous. We plan to utilize P&M for any future remodels and would definitely recommend them!

We hired Mike of P&M to do a small renovation to our kitchen. This entailed removing a partial wall and adding a breakfast bar, and also relocating the refrigerator. There were a few delays, however, the work they did was worth the wait! Our kitchen turned out amazing, and far exceeded our expectations.
