From the beginning, we felt we were seeing the full picture of what our renovation was going to look like. At their office, there was a large screen to show us how the condo would change over the next few months. There was a contractor at the condo working himself as well as overseeing others who were working for the day. Every contractor working on the condo, was very cordial and the work they did was well done. We were recommended to an Interior Designer who was a big help in choosing colors, lights and decor. Everyone was professional in their manner and their work. We met with the lead contractor once a week to see the progression of the work and told what would be accomplished the following week. The Twin Lions Company proved to be an excellent choice and we were very happy with the quality of work.

Im not sure where to start, Twin Lions did about a 10 month whole house renovation for us and I thanked the renovation gods for them. Immediately when we found them we realized we found our people. Not only are they professional but they care on a personal level and made the entire process as seamless as a whole house reno could go. With every bump in the road they were on it, and before we had any time to worry they already had solutions to present to us. We loved that we had a dedicated team member as our job lead. Robbie was amazing, I only have good reviews to send his way. The team was extremely communicative with us as the project progressed and we always felt like we knew what to expect. The Owners of Twin Lions, Kevin and Ben were extremely accommodating, and on the occasion that we ran into an issues with the job they were great to talk to and make sure that were were completely satisfied moving forward. A huge bonus that I noticed was how great their relationship with the sub trades was. Everyone was happy to come to the job site, and you could tell the experience level they all had with each other. Everything ran like a well oiled machine and it speaks to their level of expertise and the way they treat others on the job. As happy as we were to be done our renovation we were sad to see the team go. I've had a lot of contractors, home builders, renovations and Twin Lions is by far our best experience bar none.

Twin Lions was our general contractor of choice when we embarked on a major renovation of our home. They provided a detailed budget and met with us to carefully review it. Any proposed changes over the course of construction were discussed with us. The project manager, Robbie, met with us almost every week to go over the progress of the construction. On-site Jason and the other members of the Twin Lions team were always prompt, hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. The different trades hired by Twin Lions were also all top notch. Our designer, Peter Wilds, found the Twin Lions team to be very easy to work with which made the entire design and construction process work seamlessly together. We are extremely pleased with the renovations to our home done by Twin Lions and think that our house looks amazing. We would have no hesitation recommending Twin Lions and their team to anyone.

Twin Lions transformed a fixer upper into our dream home! Initially we were impressed with Kevin and the team's detailed quoting process. Even though Twin Lions had one of the higher project estimates of the contractors that we interviewed, we felt it was the most well researched and accurate. Then Ben’s team took over on the 8-month renovation. Robbie, our project manager, was amazing to work with. He was approachable, professional, and organized, which went a long way towards helping us feel at ease during a stressful time. We appreciated the regular site visits, transparent scheduling, and budget updates that gave us visibility into what was happening throughout the project. You can tell how much Robbie and the team care about their clients, their colleagues, and the quality of their work. Once the renovation was complete, Twin Lions stands behind their warranty. We did have a few deficiencies, but Robbie made sure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction. We never had any pushback, even on things that we did not notice right away. We definitely plan to use Twin Lions again in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing contractor in North Vancouver. We get compliments all the time on our home, and couldn’t be happier.

Twin Lions did an excellent job on our renovation. We did a full exterior renovation including windows and doors. Inside we did 3 bathrooms and a walk in closet and master bedroom Reno. We lived in the home throughout the project. The communication was excellent and we met regularly with our Project Manager, Robbie who kept us informed throughout the project. The Twin Lions team who worked in our home were professional, respectful and did great work. We miss having them around! Overall, we are thrilled with our results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Twin Lions is amazing- from connecting us with a designer that was perfect for us (Onida Garner and we were on the same page for the redesign almost 100%!) to navigating tricky strata and city requirements and making challenging remodels happen! We wanted a third bathroom and they were able to make that happen with an X-ray machine and an experienced plumber with deft hands. Glen and Sam were always on hand for any questions. The place was left clean and tidy after each work day. Even the neighbors were happy. And the finished product is high quality, and beautiful! If I had to renovate again they’d be the one I’d call.

Never having done a renovation before, we nervously entered into a contract with Twin Lions. Our worries turned out to be unwarranted. With Robbie as project manager there were no big surprises, and the small ones were taken care of professionally. The first questions our friends ask when they see the changes to our home are who was your contractor, and how were they to deal with. We have nothing but positive comments to pass on to them. All the people we dealt with at Twin Lions were polite, helpful, and above all patient. We had lots of questions and often hovered around the fringes of the project. Our questions were always answered and we never felt unwelcome on the site. The billing procedures were detailed and consistent, and again, our many questions were always satisfactorily answered. If we ever do any more renovations, Twin Lions will be our first choice.
