Nestled amidst lush surroundings in one of North Vancouvers premier neighbourhoods, our West 23rd project is a perfect showcase of how sustainable living can be combined with award winning aesthetics to create the perfect family home.
Early in the conception phase of this project, three pillars emerged quickly. Creativity, Sustainability, and Family. Creativity was key on a project where we had to deal with tight setbacks, an abundance of trees, stringent municipal restrictions, and budget constraints brought on by a world of accelerating inflation. Meticulous planning and an integrated design process allowed our team to find creative ways to construct this house maximizing value wherever we looked. Prefabricated panelized construction not only created efficiencies in the build, but also dovetailed nicely with another pillar of this project, Sustainability. Built to a Net-Zero Ready standard by utilizing state of the art materials and construction practices allowed us to not only create an incredibly sustainable home, but also create the showstopping curb appeal that our clients were looking for. Venturing inside the home, the theme of family resonates throughout. How the family would utilize each space was carefully considered at every stage of this build, and the result is a comfortable, functional, stunning family home that integrates seamlessly with our clients lifestyle.
