As you step inside, you’re welcomed by beautiful, checkered marble floors, high-end architectural millwork, and bold design choices. Some unique features of this home include the custom coffee station and bar space in the kitchen, luxury bathroom fixtures like dedicated his/hers vanities and fireplace, and a statement piece living room with coffered ceilings above a roaring massive fireplace. The open-concept living areas are perfect for hosting gatherings, something that was also important to our clients. Every room in this residence is a blend of aesthetics and functionality, creating a space that invites both relaxation and entertainment.

One of our favourite personal touches we added was the custom dog food station built into the kitchen island, a testament to the home’s thoughtful and highly detailed nature.
