This master walk-in closet was completed in antique white with lots shelving, hanging space and pullout laundry hampers to accompany the washer and dryer incorporated into the space for this busy mom. A large island with raised panel drawer fronts and oil rubbed bronze hardware was designed for laundry time in mind. This picture was taken before the island counter top was installed.

We were approached to build out a new laundry - mud room for a family of five. This space was an old kitchen which had been demolished and left as a blank canvas. The clients wanted a feeling of a custom, yet refined space that reminded them of a trendy suburban home. The clients had some wonderful ideas on how they envisioned the finished space, with a color palate of whites, blues and blacks. The stacked vented washer and dryer along with an abundance of storage was the main focus of the space and all other items had to make those two focus points work well. Gathering their ideas, with an eye on a custom color we were able to create the space that not only captured exactly what the family envisioned design wise but also functioned just as well.

Three apartments were combined to create this 7 room home in Manhattan's West Village for a young couple and their three small girls. A kids' wing boasts a colorful playroom, a butterfly-themed bedroom, and a bath. The parents' wing includes a home office for two (which also doubles as a guest room), two walk-in closets, a master bedroom & bath. A family room leads to a gracious living/dining room for formal entertaining. A large eat-in kitchen and laundry room complete the space. We redesigned this client’s laundry space so that it now functions as a Mudroom and Laundry. There is a place for everything including drying racks and charging station for this busy family. Now there are smiles when they walk in to this charming bright room because it has ample storage and space to work!

This bright laundry room is super functional. The laundry hamper pull-outs make sorting laundry a breeze, and the extra deep washer/dryer cabinet allows you to tuck away laundry baskets and store Costco size detergent containers (just open the cabinet door & the soap dispenses right into the washer). The floating shelf above the sink is a fun touch & the white quartz counters and glass subway tile add style.

A home remodel allowed for a new hall bathroom including a window. Marble was used throughout on heated floors, shower walls and baseboard detail. Shades of blue unify the space including the strie wallpaper. The pull-out laundry hamper was an ask from the client to help keep dirty items off the bathroom floor.
