When our Aspen studio was tasked with furnishing this home, we went all out to create a gorgeous space for our clients. We decorated the bedroom with an in-stock bed, nightstand, and beautiful bedding. An original painting by an LA artist elevates the vibe and pulls the color palette together. The fireside sitting area of this home features a lovely lounge chair, and the limestone and blackened steel fireplace create a sophisticated vibe. A thick shag rug pulls the entire space together.⁠ In the dining area, we used a light oak table and custom-designed complements. This light-filled corner engages easily with the greenery outside through large lift-and-slide doors. A stylish powder room with beautiful blue tiles adds a pop of freshness.

The front upper level deck was rebuilt with Ipe wood and stainless steel cable railing, allowing for full enjoyment of the surrounding greenery. Ipe wood vertical siding complements the deck and the unique A-frame shape.

This modern kitchen design is a sleek, stylish space that is sure to be the center of attention in this Gainesville home. Eclipse by Shiloh slab white perimeter cabinets give the kitchen a sleek appearance, and include acrylic inserts in the upper cabinets. The kitchen island is in a contrasting dark wood tone, beautifully complemented by a white and gray Caesarstone double waterfall countertop that extends out to create a seating area with barstools. The island incorporates a large Galley Workstation with two single lever Galley Taps. The Galley has graphite accessories and a walnut chopping block. A countertop knife block and Dacor induction cooktop are conveniently adjacent to the Galley. It's the perfect place to prepare food while family and friends sit across from you at the island. A second wash sink is situated along the perimeter with a pull-down spray faucet. A set of Subzero freezer drawers as well as a 30” Dacor Refrigerator Column are neatly tucked away behind cabinet panels. The design also includes a separate beverage station with a Subzero undercounter beverage refrigerator and a coffee station, that can be closed off by a pull down cabinet door when not in use. The bright, airy atmosphere in this kitchen design carries through in the white marble backsplash and open shelves above the perimeter sink. The entire design is finished off with a gray porcelain tile floor that beautifully pulls together the entire design.

The bathrooms in our homes are serene respites from busy lives. Exquisite cabinets and plumbing hardware complement the subtle stone and tile palette.

This project was an update and addition to a historic firehouse in Pacific Heights. The original layout included the engine room, a bunkroom and a cook’s cottage at the rear. Our work was primarily to work with a collection of odd spaces at the rear and create kids bedrooms, a light court and design a more creative and inviting court yard between the existing buildings. After the renovation the home retains the character of the firehouse with 4 bedrooms to complement the party / play space on the ground floor, and the quintessential great room upstairs. Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture. The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use. Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint.
