The house was in an ideal location but needed to be expanded. Design Builders & Remodeling almost doubled the square footage of the home. This kitchen update features tuxedo (dual) cabinetry colors, more storage and ample counter top space. The kitchen design took into account the desire of the homeowner to make the kitchen more user-friendly. The new layout provides easier access to the kitchen, plus more room for multiple cooks. Plus seating was added at the center island and a peninsula was created. Better lighting provides options for brighter lighting for cooking and mood lighting other times. The family can now cook together and there is room to sit in the kitchen and talk while prepping food and cleaning up. Additional storage space makes it easier to find things and keep the kitchen looking tidy.

When we design, we take into account the entire home, inside and out. The exterior of this home was underwhelming. We designed dormers and a grand arched entry to make the front entry and facade of the home very inviting.
