Toronto’s Upside Development completed this interior contemporary remodeling project. Nestled in Oakville’s tree lined ravine, a mid-century home was discovered by new owners returning from Europe. A modern Renovation with a Scandinavian flare unique to the area was envisioned and achieved.

A modern yet cozy living room with blue painted cabinets, a large gray sectional colorful accents, and custom drapery panels. The exposed brick fireplace givess the space a casual feel. The Gold accents on the coffee table add polish to the family room.

Truth: we like camping more than living our “real lives,” so we decided to take a stab at achieving a campsite feel in the bedroom. Full moon, bonfire, sticks, camp blankets, triangular mirrors that subtly suggest mountain peaks… you get the idea.
