Glen envisioned a well-lit, spacious kitchen with ample storage and a layout designed for daily convenience. Creating an inviting and functional kitchen was the primary focus.
We started by removing the small wall by the pantry area. This change improved the flow between the kitchen and living areas, making the space feel larger and more inviting while providing additional storage and allowing for symmetry around the stove.
Waypoint cabinets in Painted Linen created a bright and fresh look. Storage upgrades included roll-out trays, a trash/recycling pull-out, a Lazy Susan, and a stainless steel tilt-out tray under the sink. Pantry shelves were also customized for better organization.
A stunning quartz countertop from Arizona Tile’s Della Terra Quartz line in Everest was installed. Two waterfall edges and a 10-inch overhang for additional seating enhanced the island's visual appeal.
For the backsplash, Glen chose Glass Mosaic Winter Morning tiles, installed in a brick lay with a 50% offset. This reflective surface helped amplify the brightness of the kitchen while complementing the overall color palette.
A new Delta Lorelai undermount stainless steel workstation sink was added, along with a Moen Align matte black kitchen faucet. The garbage disposal was reinstalled, with its switch conveniently relocated under the sink for better accessibility.

This custom walk-in closet was designed to maximize storage space and the functionality of the space.
The cabinetry was custom built with the utilization of hardware in mind. Featuring multiple glass display cabinets for quick view access and mirrored display cabinets to free up wall space for additional cabinetry and storage solutions.
Professionally designed cabinet system's doors, panels and components are sport a spray lacquer finish for maximum quality and durability.
Our team also installed custom designed and built islands and open cabinets to grant additional storage for shoes and accessories.

This kitchen holds a secret: it’s actually two kitchens. The main kitchen was designed for entertaining, while behind, a hidden kitchen or scullery, becomes the workspace for day-to-day living. The kitchen’s neutral color scheme is comprised of custom-matched Benjamin Moore Chantily Lace on Maple, Matte Porcelain Gray on Rift Cut White Oak and the Weathered Taupe on Rough Sawn Euro Oak on Vanguard Plus door. The oversized island can accommodate several guests, or weeknight family dinners.
Designer Steve Abruzzo brought in contemporary details such as the high gloss subway tile on the stove back, and with lighting and seating choices, while keeping it relaxed with the addition of a seating area with pull out drawers for additional storage space. The cooking area features in-wall ovens flanking a Contemporary Armoire with floor to ceiling doors showcasing dishware through metal mesh inserts. Custom matching floating shelves above an oversized stainless steel farmers sink provides additional, out-of-the-way but on display storage.

Capped by a picturesque double chimney and distinguished by its distinctive roof lines and patterned brick, stone and siding, Rookwood draws inspiration from Tudor and Shingle styles, two of the world’s most enduring architectural forms. Popular from about 1890 through 1940, Tudor is characterized by steeply pitched roofs, massive chimneys, tall narrow casement windows and decorative half-timbering. Shingle’s hallmarks include shingled walls, an asymmetrical façade, intersecting cross gables and extensive porches. A masterpiece of wood and stone, there is nothing ordinary about Rookwood, which combines the best of both worlds.
Once inside the foyer, the 3,500-square foot main level opens with a 27-foot central living room with natural fireplace. Nearby is a large kitchen featuring an extended island, hearth room and butler’s pantry with an adjacent formal dining space near the front of the house. Also featured is a sun room and spacious study, both perfect for relaxing, as well as two nearby garages that add up to almost 1,500 square foot of space. A large master suite with bath and walk-in closet which dominates the 2,700-square foot second level which also includes three additional family bedrooms, a convenient laundry and a flexible 580-square-foot bonus space. Downstairs, the lower level boasts approximately 1,000 more square feet of finished space, including a recreation room, guest suite and additional storage.

This warm and rustic home, set in the spacious Lakeview neighborhood, features incredible reclaimed wood accents from the vaulted ceiling beams connecting the great room and dining room to the wood mantel and other accents throughout.

This downtown client was looking for a completely open bedroom and wardrobe closet area that was very modern looking yet organized. Keeping with the earth tones of the room, this closet was finished in Daybreak Melamine with matching base and fascia and touch latches on all the doors/drawers for a clean contemporary look. Oil rubbed bronze accessories were used for hanging rods and telescoping valet rods. In an adjoining laundry area more hidden storage space and a tilt out hamper area were added for additional storage convenience.

We gave this rather dated farmhouse some dramatic upgrades that brought together the feminine with the masculine, combining rustic wood with softer elements. In terms of style her tastes leaned toward traditional and elegant and his toward the rustic and outdoorsy. The result was the perfect fit for this family of 4 plus 2 dogs and their very special farmhouse in Ipswich, MA. Character details create a visual statement, showcasing the melding of both rustic and traditional elements without too much formality. The new master suite is one of the most potent examples of the blending of styles. The bath, with white carrara honed marble countertops and backsplash, beaded wainscoting, matching pale green vanities with make-up table offset by the black center cabinet expand function of the space exquisitely while the salvaged rustic beams create an eye-catching contrast that picks up on the earthy tones of the wood. The luxurious walk-in shower drenched in white carrara floor and wall tile replaced the obsolete Jacuzzi tub. Wardrobe care and organization is a joy in the massive walk-in closet complete with custom gliding library ladder to access the additional storage above. The space serves double duty as a peaceful laundry room complete with roll-out ironing center. The cozy reading nook now graces the bay-window-with-a-view and storage abounds with a surplus of built-ins including bookcases and in-home entertainment center. You can’t help but feel pampered the moment you step into this ensuite. The pantry, with its painted barn door, slate floor, custom shelving and black walnut countertop provide much needed storage designed to fit the family’s needs precisely, including a pull out bin for dog food. During this phase of the project, the powder room was relocated and treated to a reclaimed wood vanity with reclaimed white oak countertop along with custom vessel soapstone sink and wide board paneling. Design elements effectively married rustic and traditional styles and the home now has the character to match the country setting and the improved layout and storage the family so desperately needed. Embarking on a garage remodeling project is a transformative endeavor that can significantly enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
By investing in tailored storage solutions such as cabinets, wall-mounted organizers, and overhead racks, one can efficiently declutter the area and create a more organized storage system. Flooring upgrades, such as epoxy coatings or durable tiles, not only improve the garage's appearance but also provide a resilient surface.
Adding custom workbenches or tool storage solutions contributes to a more efficient and user-friendly workspace. Additionally, incorporating proper lighting and ventilation ensures a well-lit and comfortable environment.
A remodeled garage not only increases property value but also opens up possibilities for alternative uses, such as a home gym, workshop, or hobby space, making it a worthwhile investment for both practicality and lifestyle improvement.

This pantry was completed in white with shaker style drawers and doors and oil rubbed bronze hardware. The counter top is a matte finish to match the hardware. Corner shelves maximize the space with wire storage baskets for more diversity and functionality. There are also vertical storage shelves for large baking sheets or serving plates.
