A Gilmans Kitchens and Baths Install Only Project!
A little bit more drama was implemented in the master bathroom. Shades of taupe and grey were used, while sparkly countertops, tile, cabinet knobs and pendant lights added simple glamour.
A banjo countertop using Cambria's Whitney was used for extra contertop surface and a linen cabinet was added for adequate storage.

The clients opted to use Ikea glossy white cabinets. Our crew assembled and installed the cabinetry on site. To provide an organic accent, we included walnut doors and open shelves. These pieces were purchased from a company that builds real wood veneer doors that fit over Ikea cabinet boxes. The island is sized to fit the space and provide adequate clearances around it for good traffic flow. The client requested the waterfall feature. The stone tops in the kitchen are Calacatta. Brass lamps above the sink (the original trim around the window was narrower, but once the client found these fixtures, we widened the trim to accommodate the lights.) Glass globe pendants. Brass lamp over built-in table. Glazed white brick subway backsplash tile.

Beautiful rustic kitchen with modern touches. The floating shelves were handmade out of white oak and stained to match the floors. An open floor-plan and adequate storage were important to this family.

This farmhouse designed by our Virginia interior design studio showcases custom, traditional style with modern accents. The laundry room was given an interesting interplay of patterns and texture with a grey mosaic tile backsplash and printed tiled flooring. The dark cabinetry provides adequate storage and style. All the bathrooms are bathed in light palettes with hints of coastal color, while the mudroom features a grey and wood palette with practical built-in cabinets and cubbies. The kitchen is all about sleek elegance with a light palette and oversized pendants with metal accents.

Narrow spaces don't have to be unusable spaces. With the use of bright neutral wall colors, you can provide a cheerful and entertaining living room with patterns, color and comfortable seating. This curved sofa and 2 club chairs provide adequate seating for a quaint conversation. Keeping some curve to the space allows more movement around the furniture in a tight space. Don't be afraid of pattern, it can provide visual movement around a small space and provide life!

This kitchen not only lacked adequate storage and functionality but also did not convey the contemporary style & open, family-oriented concept they had envisioned. In addition, the current space was in much need of general repairs, more modern materials, updated electrical, lighting, plumbing lines & fixtures, and professional appliances that would better cater to the household and their love of cooking together as a family.

Custom bamboo wine racks with a golden stain and clear finish complete this closet conversion perfectly. Tight spaces create challenges in terms of creating sufficient bottle capacity, adequate aisle space to maneuver and an elegance associated with residential wine storage. The dynamic storage and display styles selected by this client allowed the stars to align in terms of meeting and exceeding aesthetic expectations and functionality.

The client had a finished basement space that was not functioning for the entire family. He spent a lot of time in his gym, which was not large enough to accommodate all his equipment and did not offer adequate space for aerobic activities. To appeal to the client's entertaining habits, a bar, gaming area, and proper theater screen needed to be added. There were some ceiling and lolly column restraints that would play a significant role in the layout of our new design, but the Gramophone Team was able to create a space in which every detail appeared to be there from the beginning. Rustic wood columns and rafters, weathered brick, and an exposed metal support beam all add to this design effect becoming real.

This complete Bathroom remodel is located within Corvallis' well-loved College Hill Historic District, therefore, the design sought to keep the beautiful qualities found in Historic homes while meeting the accessibility needs of the owners. Featured within the Bathroom is a low threshold tub, which allows easy accessibility getting in and out of the shower, and also allows children and grandchildren to wash in the tub. The custom vanity cabinet provides adequate storage space but loses the easily bumped-into corners of a rectangular vanity.

Removed original 4" gutters and downspouts and installed seamless 6" gutters using an angled screw hidden hanger system to allow for maximum stability and aesthetics. Installed 3 additional downspouts to maximize drainage as the property's drainage system did not allow for adequate flow.

Our client's original kitchen lacked adequate storage and counter space. To create a more open flow from the living room to the kitchen, we decided to remove some walls and cabinets over the island, replacing with a ceiling-mount vent hood. We also incorporated an L-shaped counter along the north facing wall to maximize counter space and increase the amount of storage. The combination of custom gray distressed wood cabinetry and sparkling white quartzite countertops create a stunning atmosphere in this previously lackluster kitchen.

This remodel received an incredible update going from dated and drab to clean, sharp lines and modern elegance. The l-shaped perimeter allowed adequate space for all of the necessary appliances, leaving the island full of storage and specialty inserts. While the cabinet finish itself is dark, the addition of light countertops with crisp white walls leaves the space feeling open and airy.
