“Varsity Blue” ceramic tiles by Ann Sacks creates a luxurious trellis pattern on the shower 's interior. A porcelain marble look-a-like floor tile also designed by Ann Sacks was used for maximum durability.

Location: New York, NY, United States This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. This kitchen renovation was a complete remodel. The access to the kitchen was originally where the fridge is. The clients wanted a classic white kitchen that was open to the dining room and transformed this house into a more social space. Done.

Townhouse renovation in Brooklyn: We redesigned the rear end of the house as an expanded family kitchen with a back door to the deck. We also added a new connection from the entrance hall to the kitchen and fit a small powder room under the stairs. The old windows and doors were replaced with new, larger ones, and the entire kitchen was gutted and refitted with new cabinetry and a banquette dining area. Reallocated space for improved functionality gives this small traditional bathroom a fresh new beginning. Design was based upon the client’s love for the Ann Sacks Blue Dolomite marble.
