This was a challenging project for very discerning clients. The home was originally owned by the client’s father, and she inherited it when he passed. Care was taken to preserve the history in the home while upgrading it for the current owners. This home exceeds current energy codes, and all mechanical and electrical systems have been completely replaced. The clients remained in the home for the duration of the reno, so it was completed in two phases. Phase 1 involved gutting the basement, removing all asbestos containing materials (flooring, plaster), and replacing all mechanical and electrical systems, new spray foam insulation, and complete new finishing.
The clients lived upstairs while we did the basement, and in the basement while we did the main floor. They left on a vacation while we did the asbestos work.
Phase 2 involved a rock retaining wall on the rear of the property that required a lengthy approval process including municipal, fisheries, First Nations, and environmental authorities. The home had a new rear covered deck, garage, new roofline, all new interior and exterior finishing, new mechanical and electrical systems, new insulation and drywall. Phase 2 also involved an extensive asbestos abatement to remove Asbestos-containing materials in the flooring, plaster, insulation, and mastics.

From to serene retreats to “teen-approved” spaces, this remodel brought fresh style to both the primary bath and kids bath.
In the primary, we took this outdated shower and gave it a much-needed upgrade. No more plastic surround or cluttered corner caddy—just clean lines, gorgeous tile, and brushed gold finishes that instantly make the space feel more high-end.
It’s not just pretty either—there’s a built-in bench, grab bars, and a sleek handheld shower for comfort and accessibility.
Proof that beautiful and functional can live happily ever after!

Our goal is to provide clients in Manhattan, New York, New Jersey & beyond with outstanding architectural & interior design services and installation management through a unique approach and unparalleled work quality.
Our mission is to create Dream Homes that change people's lives!
Working with us is a simple two step process - Design & Installation. The core is that all our design ideas (interior design of an apartment, restaurant, hotel design or architectural design of a building) are presented through exceptionally realistic images, delivering the exact look of your future interior/exterior, before you commit to investing. The Installation then abides to the paradigm of 'What I See Is What I Get', replicating the approved design. All together it gives you full control and eliminates the risk of having an unsatisfactory end product - no other interior designer or architect can offer.
Our team's passion, talent & professionalism brings you the best possible result, while our client-oriented philosophy & determination to make the process easy & convenient, saves you great deal of time and concern.

Designed by Kevin Fischer and Charlotte Cooney of Alice Design/Domestic Arts, this kitchen remodel marries structural and aesthetic improvements as well as kosher design details. The kitchen now boasts new oak hardwood floors, quarter-sewn oak cabinets by Big Branch Woodworking, subway tile backsplash by Pratt & Larson, and new windows and doors by Portland Millwork. The remodel also includes three separate cutting boards for meat, dairy, and parve foods and appliances approved by Star-K, a kosher supervision agency.

The client came to us to transform a room in their new house, with the purpose of entertaining friends. In order to give them the relaxed, airy vibe they were looking for, the original outdated space needed some TLC... starting with a coat of paint. We did a walk through with the client to get a feel for the room we’d be working with, asked the couple to give us some insight into their budget and color and style preferences, and then we got to work!
We created three unique design concepts with their preferences in mind: Beachy, Breezy and Boho. Our client chose concept #2 "Breezy" and we got cranking on the procurement and installation (as in putting together an Ikea table). From designing, editing, and ordering to installing, our process took just a few weeks for this project (most of the lag time spent waiting for furniture to arrive)! And we managed to get the husband's seal of approval, too. Double win.

Located in the Shooting Star community at the base of Jackson Hole Resort, this site promotes both inward and outward connection. Designed around the Japanese concept of ‘Ma’ or ‘The Space Between,’ a series of small view courtyards are carved out of the massing, giving moments for pause and reflection as you move through your daily routine. These private experiences are offset with close views of the woods and streams that flank the house, and long views out to the Tetons.
This home features a large, glass enclosed living space, private bedroom wings, a dedicated meditation space and a slide down from the kids wing to the main level.
Wellness features:
-Vera Iconica Approved Zero-VOC, health-first materials throughout
-Advanced acoustics and sound control
-Floor plans and proportions generated using sacred geometries
-Numinous and noetic moments placed throughout
-Spa, sauna and hot/cold plunge
-Advanced HVAC system, air filtration and whole-house water filtration
-Super-insulated double wall system with natural wool fill
