The glass tiled wall echoes the motion of the ocean in this beachside home. The white cabinetry reflects the ample lighting, making the space bright and cheerful. Our Denver studio gave the kitchen, powder bathroom, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest suites, basement, and outdoor areas of this townhome a complete renovation and facelift with a super modern look. The living room features a neutral palette with comfy furniture, while a bright-hued TABATA Ottoman and IKI Chair from our SORELLA Furniture collection adds pops of bright color. The bedroom is a light, elegant space, and the kitchen features white cabinetry with a dark island and countertops. Goals for the kitchen: Create a statement. The island is adorned with Bently quartz from Cambria. It steered each selection of the kitchen from the black chevron backlash to the gold bamboo-look pendants. The appliances coordinate with the black and gold finishes as well, the JennAir range’s is dressed in brass bezel accents and the stainless-steel apron-front sink is brushed with a brass decorative front.

A non load bearing wall was removed to make an open concept kitchen and dinning space. We installed an island to make extra work space. To keep clean and dimple look we installed 6" basic floor molding's, simple white shaker cabinets and added a black granite counter top for contrast. A white subway tile backlash was added for texture.
