Modern luxury meets warm farmhouse in this Southampton home! Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, casegoods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. By accentuating the “negative space,” we’ve allowed the carefully chosen furnishings and artwork to steal the show, while the crisp whites and abundance of natural light create a rejuvenated and refreshed interior. This sprawling 5,000 square foot home includes a salon, ballet room, two media rooms, a conference room, multifunctional study, and, lastly, a guest house (which is a mini version of the main house).

Located in a multi use area of residential and live/work commercial Sandra Costa worked with Mark (RIP) and Mimi Fleishman to create the Interior and exterior design of the 3rd Street Bar Method Gym.

Inspired by the grace of ballet, this bedroom blends feminine elegance with timeless glamour. Soft blush walls, mirrored nightstands, and layered textiles create a light, sophisticated palette, while oversized ballet artwork adds a meaningful focal point. The result is a room that feels polished, personal, and designed to grow through the tween years and into young adult.

A barrier-free shower with easy-access sliding glass doors and dual shower heads is paired with a free-standing bathtub. The large picture window looks out over the trees and brings in lots of natural light. On the left of the tub, we built a separate water closet room with a glass pocket door. Wouldn't you just love to decompress in this gorgeous space? Benjamin Moore's OC-9 "Ballet White" is the perfect greige to compliment the blue-gray tile.

This super glam bedroom was designed for a pre-teen client. She requested a sophisticated, glamorous, and fabulous bedroom. A combination of rose gold, silver, and white make up the color palette. Mirrored furniture and rose gold mercury glass lamps add bling. The bedding is velvet, satin, and ruffles. A petite chandelier gives us a sparkle. My client is a ballerina and so a ballet barre was a must. The adorable brackets for the barre are a fun detail. The vanity stool was upholstered to match the custom throw pillow. Full basement remodel. Remove (2) load bearing walls to open up entire space. Create new wall to enclose laundry room. Create dry bar near entry. New floating hearth at fireplace and entertainment cabinet with mesh inserts. Create storage bench with soft close lids for toys an bins. Create mirror corner with ballet barre. Create reading nook with book storage above and finished storage underneath and peek-throughs. Finish off and create hallway to back bedroom through utility room.
