Although the home is in its 100th year, the owners wanted to create an updated urban style reflective of their downtown location. The new styling, while sleek and contemporary, kept a traditional feel with a paneled door styling, crystal chandeliers and an updated glass version of subway tile. We were also able to create an open kitchen with a 3’8 ½” x 7’ 5 ½” island centered on a gourmet Wolf cooking area. The back wall of this gorgeous and sexy bedroom was custom designed.The rectangular wall upholstery was done in a beautiful taupe metallic fabric contrasted by an ebony wood built inn with custom built in storage for books and accessories. On each side the mirrored night stands add glamour and sparkle to the room. The mother of pearl inlayed chandelier and matching pendants give off a warm and glowing light to this glamorous Master Bedroom.

sleek modern master bathroom with floating vanity wrapped in quartz on all 4 sides. Porcelain slabs that mimic marble with a freestanding air tub in the corner. Steam shower with marble walls and decorative inlay at niche.

In the dining room we installed 3-D wall tiles that mimic the shapes found on the tracery ceiling in the adjacent family room. A 1940's bungalow was renovated and transformed for a small family. This is a small space - 800 sqft (2 bed, 2 bath) full of charm and character. Custom and vintage furnishings, art, and accessories give the space character and a layered and lived-in vibe. This is a small space so there are several clever storage solutions throughout. Vinyl wood flooring layered with wool and natural fiber rugs. Wall sconces and industrial pendants add to the farmhouse aesthetic. A simple and modern space for a fairly minimalist family.
