The pinnacle of luxury living is found in this five bedroom, three and a half bath home. The dramatic entry showcases a sweeping staircase and two Juliet overlooks. A gallery sets the tone for a two story family room opened to an island kitchen and breakfast area. The owner’s suite boosts a reading alcove and dual walk-ins in the master bath. You even get the formal living and dining in the Laguna II. Four bedrooms, two baths, a gameroom and media room give you plenty to look forward to upstairs. Plenty of options allow you to customize this home to your family’s desires.

This home first came to us back in 2022 for a full re‑side and repaint of its contemporary exterior. This year, the owner reached out again to see how we could refresh the entryway and boost curb appeal. For this phase, we installed a stunning Black Diamond modern iron door — we carry their full line — along with a new handleset and updated tile throughout the entry hall.
Since the homeowner enjoys DIY projects, we left the interior drywall trim and paint for him to complete. The transformation is dramatic and shows how a modern iron entry door upgrade can instantly elevate the look and value of a home.

This spectacular Lookout Mtn. estate looks like it would fit equally well in the Cotswold region of England. We arrived at a landscape filled with mass plantings of generic shrubs, very few perennials, few blooming shrubs, and a lack of Winter interest. We completely reworked the gardens…Added many more Boxwoods, Azaleas, Laurels, Yews, Osmanthus, Magnolia to boost the structure needed and add year-round interest. Then we added loads of white blooming hydrangea, Nepeta, Veronica, Roses for long term color. Espaliered Fruit Trees, Topiary and Tree Formed Hydrangeas added the formality and interest needed to bring in needed “old world” charm. We added large boulders to an otherwise underwhelming Dry Creek Bed and added all Native Plants in that area including Clethera and Itea.
I envisioned a very formal parterre garden surrounding a fountain and added evergreen to soften the structure. Boxwood Topiary were placed in the center of each quadrant. I suggested formal planters with clipped evergreen boxwood to dress up the front of the large garage and the pool areas. Over- all this property exudes old world charm and elegance.

This Houston kitchen remodel turned an outdated bachelor pad into a contemporary dream fit for newlyweds.
The client wanted a contemporary, somewhat commercial look, but also something homey with a comfy, family feel. And they couldn't go too contemporary, since the style of the home is so traditional.
The clean, contemporary, white-black-and-grey color scheme is just the beginning of this transformation from the previous kitchen,
The revamped 20-by-15-foot kitchen and adjoining dining area also features new stainless steel appliances by Maytag, lighting and furnishings by Restoration Hardware and countertops in white Carrara marble and Absolute Black honed granite.
The paneled oak cabinets are now painted a crisp, bright white and finished off with polished nickel pulls. The center island is now a cool grey a few shades darker than the warm grey on the walls. On top of the grey on the new sheetrock, previously covered in a camel-colored textured paint, is Sherwin Williams' Faux Impressions sparkly "Striae Quartz Stone."
Ho-hum 12-inch ceramic floor tiles with a western motif border have been replaced with grey tile "planks" resembling distressed wood. An oak-paneled flush-mount light fixture has given way to recessed lights and barn pendant lamps in oil rubbed bronze from Restoration Hardware. And the section housing clunky upper and lower banks of cabinets between the kitchen an dining area now has a sleek counter-turned-table with custom-milled legs.
At first, the client wanted to open up that section altogether, but then realized they needed more counter space. The table - a continuation of the granite countertop - was the perfect solution. Plus, it offered space for extra seating.
The black, high-back and low-back bar stools are also from Restoration Hardware - as is the new round chandelier and the dining table over which it hangs.
Outdoor Homescapes of Houston also took out a wall between the kitchen and living room and remodeled the adjoining living room as well. A decorative cedar beam stained Minwax Jacobean now spans the ceiling where the wall once stood.
The oak paneling and stairway railings in the living room, meanwhile, also got a coat of white paint and new window treatments and light fixtures from Restoration Hardware. Staining the top handrailing with the same Jacobean dark stain, however, boosted the new contemporary look even more.
The outdoor living space also got a revamp, with a new patio ceiling also stained Jacobean and new outdoor furniture and outdoor area rug from Restoration Hardware. The furniture is from the Klismos collection, in weathered zinc, with Sunbrella fabric in the color "Smoke."

The Murray small kitchen remodel demonstrated the immense potential of a small kitchen makeover. We started by stripping everything to the studs, enabling us to redesign the layout and make adjustments to the kitchen's overall flow.
In the design layout, we closed off a doorway to allow more wall space for additional full custom cabinetry and appliances, enhancing the kitchen's functionality. We extended the counters and repositioned the refrigerator to improve the workspace and flow.
The new island, highlighted with pendant lighting and set on stylish hardwood flooring, became the focal point, providing extra counter space and a gathering spot. Additional features like under-cabinet lighting, a touch-activated faucet, and a custom hood boosted the kitchen's overall appeal and practicality.
Modern elements like the integrated speed oven in the island cabinetry, and the new hardwood flooring throughout, completed the transformation. The Murray kitchen remodel project successfully combined style and function, transforming a modest kitchen into a warm, inviting, and efficient space.

When preparing this property for sale, our goal was the maximize the curb appeal and instant wow factor to potential buyers upon a quick walk through with a minimal budget to truly maximize a bidding war and quick sale. Our goal was to sell the property within one week and close on it within 6 weeks.
By putting in roughly $10,000 in landscaping, touch-ups, and minor upgrades into this property (and a WHOLE lot of DIY work), we were able to boost the value of the home and sold it in 3 hours on the first day we had showings (technically before it was even listed on the market), and closed on the property in 21 days. We were able to execute our exact strategy as planned...resulting in a bidding war and quick sale. The property sold for $20k over the listing price.

For this metal roof installation in Haworth, NJ we replaced the home's existing 20-year-old shingle roof. To match the home's darker tones, the homeowners chose a Dark Bronze finish. On top of the gorgeous look, this home will see a boost to durability and energy efficiency, while the snow guards help to optimize snow and ice removal.

Salt block installation with floating metal shelves. Visually, the salt blocks are a luminous, orange color when backlit. From a Feng Shui perspective, they are representative of the EARTH element, and will help ground and stabilize the new business venture.

This client in the South Bay wanted to beautify their home, boost curb appeal, and conserve water by replacing their front lawn with drought tolerant landscaping. The landscape that we designed andn installed qualified for a rebate through the Santa Clara Valley Water District Landscape Rebate Program. "This program is designed to encourage residents and businesses to convert approved high-water use landscape, such as lawns and pools, to low-water use landscape, as well as to retrofit existing irrigation equipment with approved high-efficiency irrigation equipment."

The clients were deeply attached to their existing home and its prime location, but they needed more space. The goal was to expand while preserving the character of the historical house and enhancing the ocean views. This extensive renovation modernized the space, improved its flow, and seamlessly integrated a new addition.
To boost energy efficiency, we upgraded insulation throughout and replaced all windows. Inside, we refreshed the interiors with white oak ceiling beams that added warmth and delineated spaces within the open floor plan. The main stair was transformed into a striking modern feature, featuring a steel center stringer and glass rails. This design choice maintains transparency, keeping the kitchen connected to the other areas on the first floor while elevating the overall aesthetic.

This formal living space got a huge boost with this fantastic focal point. We created a feature wall to include an electric fire, stone wall, cabinetry, floating shelves, and recessed lighting.
