The old powder room was situated right off an unheated side entry and was a cold space in the winter. It even had a window that looked out directly at the side door from the toilet. A key element of this home is the utilization of space, seating, and roominess- all necessary for a wonderful getaway vacation spot. The bunk bed with a trundle, as well as the secondary bed offer a ton of slumber options. Light greens, blues, and corals outline the coastal theme that is prevalent throughout this amazing place.

An extraordinary WARHOL collection was the starting point of this project for a family with young kids in need of functional yet stylish interiors. Brightly colored, lacquered walls are the backdrop for the art which dictated the colors used. Custom built-ins and 3 dimensional walls add interest and definition to the spaces.
