From out dated to high-end hotel, this master suite was brought from the 1980's to date both by look and by function.
Inspiration for a large timeless master carpeted and gray floor bedroom remodel in Chicago with gray walls

In this kitchen, we updated the existing cabinets with new bronze pulls and knobs hardware. Installed for the countertops are a natural stone Giallo Fiorito 3cm Granite with a small ogee edge profile and Durango 4x4 tumbled decorative tile with Accents Bliss Crème Brulee blend linear glass/stone mosaic tile was used for the backsplash. Also installed was a Blanco Café Brown Undermount sink accented with Moen Arbour stainless steel faucet.

This house has a cool modern vibe, but the pre-rennovation layout was not working for these homeowners. We were able to take their vision of an open kitchen and living area and make it come to life. Simple, clean lines and a large great room are now in place. We tore down dividing walls and came up with an all new layout. These homeowners are absolutely loving their home with their new spaces! This is part of an ongoing project that is being completed in several stages. These two panels in particular are relatively small and narrow. - Check out the size. The two panels shown only measure - 6-1/4" x 17-3/8" . They feature, very small, Custom-Made, Beveled Glass Squares. The colors used in the Chevrons for these two panels glass were; Spectrum Glass - 327-2S - Light Green/White Spectrum Glass - 329-6S - Dark Green/White, Wispy All the BackGround Glass was Spectrum Glass - 210-71SF Opalized Ivory Amber. Outside Border was - Spectrum Glass - 329-6S - Dark Green/White, Wispy The two lower small accent pieces were again - 327-2S - Light Green/White Due to the small size, we used our Dark Antique Patina Tiffany construction. .

An original turn-of-the-century Craftsman home had lost it original charm in the kitchen and bathroom, both renovated in the 1980s. The clients desired to restore the original look, while still giving the spaces an updated feel. Both rooms were gutted and new materials, fittings and appliances were installed, creating a strong reference to the history of the home, while still moving the house into the 21st century. his business located in a commercial park in North East Denver needed to replace aging composite wood siding from the 1970s. Colorado Siding Repair vertically installed Artisan primed fiber cement ship lap from the James Hardie Asypre Collection. When we removed the siding we found that the underlayment was completely rotting and needed to replaced as well. This is a perfect example of what could happen when we remove and replace siding– we find rotting OSB and framing! Check out the pictures! The Artisan nickel gap shiplap from James Hardie’s Asypre Collection provides an attractive stream-lined style perfect for this commercial property. Colorado Siding Repair removed the rotting underlayment and installed new OSB and framing. Then further protecting the building from future moisture damage by wrapping the structure with HardieWrap, like we do on every siding project. Once the Artisan shiplap was installed vertically, we painted the siding and trim with Sherwin-Williams Duration paint in Iron Ore. We also painted the hand rails to match, free of charge, to complete the look of the commercial building in North East Denver. What do you think of James Hardie’s Aspyre Collection?
