Christa Pirl is a Parsons and Sotheby's educated interior designer and vintage/antique furniture lover. Christa specializes in creating contemporary residential spaces that embrace classic & eclectic design.
Her passions run deep for all objects antique and vintage, as long as they are paired with something that says ‘new’ and ‘now’. An elegant roll arm paired with a graphic greek key sitting next to a sleek steel table. Life is nothing but mediocre if we surround ourselves with sameness. Christa and her small team guide clients towards an artful and educated mix of styles, colors, textures and periods; a mix that is always tailor-made for them and their lifestyle, no matter how filled with babies, puppies or messy spouses.

I have had the good fortune of working with Christa Pirl on several home improvement projects. We are updating our older home and Christa has been assisting us every step of the way. Our largest project, to date, was a master bath reno; the transformation was impressive. Christa's attention to detail is amazing and her ability to foresee issues that need attention is refreshing. I appreciated her organization and accessibility, as did our contractors. We have received so many compliments. We're now moving on to the master bedroom -- from the color scheme to bedding, furniture and accessories, I know the room will be exactly what I want. Thank you Christa!

Christa has helped me decorate two houses in two states now! She was wonderful to work with, very respectful of my budget and timeframe. Christa helped me with everything from designing the layout of rooms to choosing furniture, decor, paint colors, and wallpaper, to actually shopping for me and hanging pictures. She is great at combining classic and contemporary styles, and made sure that all of the designs she provided incorporated my tastes, and my family's needs (i.e., easily cleanable and durable items that can hold up against two toddlers and a dog). I hope I have the good luck to live in the same state as Christa again so I can work with her again!

As a builder I cannot say enough good things about Christa Pirl. Christa has a great eye for design and is very organized. I have appreciated her detailed drawings (in cad). We engaged Christa Pirl to help us first with a "Style Sheet" for the house, and then individual room designs. We started with an approach to a cohesive palette to be used throughout the house so that everything flows, but without being matchy-matchy. Then she provided concepts for the master bedroom and bathroom in such a way that we could execute over time, as budget allows. We'll finish the rest of the house this way, planning one room at time against an overarching style sheet so that the end result will be unfied and seamless.
I love working with Christa. She has a sophisticated and refined sensibility for neo-traditional design, always works within our budget, and above all she's friendly and professional.
