Open concept kitchen - contemporary u-shaped open concept kitchen idea in San Francisco with an undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, red cabinets and stainless steel appliances

You can never go wrong with cool blues and sunny yellows in a kitchen. Inspired by her Mother's 1970s era Le Creuset, Ashleigh created this quick and easy eating area in the kitchen for simple breakfasts and non chalant dinners! Table and chairs by West Elm are complimented by a more traditional area rug my Michaelian & Kohlberg. Fun accents are added in like a vintage 50's clock, one of many that the client collects.

What’s your sign? No matter the zodiac this room will provide an opportunity for self reflection and relaxation. Once you have come to terms with the past you can begin to frame your future by using the gallery wall. However, keep an eye on the clocks because you shouldn’t waste time on things you can’t change. The number one rule of a living room is to live!

This split-level Skokie home was transformed into a spacious two-story colonial home for a family that entertains for business and pleasure. Pillars, arches, and rounded windows – the couple’s favorite decorative elements – appear throughout the home.

The clients needed a craft room that would constantly inspire and wake up creativity. The multi-colored hexagon tile flooring and Lindsay Cowles wallpaper on the ceiling do just that.
