The CORRIDOR BAR is the perfect cocktail of style and function. The double louvered doors open fully, providing easy access to everything that a stocked bar needs. The cabinet offers racking space for wine bottles and storage for a host of liquor bottles on shelves and doors. A wooden stemware rack keeps wine glasses within easy reach and other shelves provide storage for glasses, tumblers and other supplies.

APEX received the Gold 2017 Minnesota Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award for Additions up to $250,000 for this St. Paul, MN project. The new kitchen in the 1912 home features restored vintage appliances and fixtures, custom cabinetry and table, and custom-cut commercial tile floor. Modern conveniences cleverly hidden. This room is the Media Room in the 2016 Junior League Shophouse. This space is intended for a family meeting space where a multi generation family could gather. The idea is that the kids could be playing video games while their grandparents are relaxing and reading the paper by the fire and their parents could be enjoying a cup of coffee while skimming their emails. The media room is one of the client’s favorite spaces. What was once a plain, living space is now a comfortable, vibrant environment for where the homeowners can relax. It features an orange-and-white trellis wallpaper, a flame stitch rug (chosen by the husband), and an abstract painting of a bicycle that nods to the homeowners’ love of cycling.
