Kitchen backsplash tile: Eden Mosaic Tile Stainless Steel And Crackled Glass Mosaic Mix - EMT_W1219-MIX-SM. This metal tile is comprised of stainless steel bricks in silver and dark pewter colors in addition to black glass that has a crackled effect. The surface of the glass is not sharp, it has been manufactured to contain the cracked glass inside an outer glass shell. There are two types of brush patterns on the stainless steel, the first being a straight snow matte linear brush pattern, and the second being a circular brushed pattern. The different steel brush patterns appear to give the stainless steel a different color because of the way the light reflects off the tile, when in fact both are a regular stainless steel color. The result is a visually stunning array of colors and textures which will surely make your wall pop. Use this steel and glass mixed interlocking mosaic on kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, fireplaces and even accent walls. The tiles in this sheet are mounted on a nylon mesh which allows for an easy installation.

This unique blue bathroom features a beautiful double vanity comprised of a combination of drawers and cabinets, using the Blumotion soft close hardware. To finish off the look there are twin medicine cabinets mounted on the wall above the vanity. Everything has been crafted from solid maple.

Joe Fletcher and Claudia Uribe photography. custom-built three-story waterfront residence with unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, Sailboat Bay and Miami’s Downtown skyline. The timeless, tropical modernism of the home features an ash-infused concrete exoskeleton, a gravity-defying staircase, cantilevered balconies, an expansive, translucent reclaimed wood trellis, infinity edge reflecting ponds, waterfront spa bathrooms and more--- all offering a seamless indoor and outdoor living experience.
Sitting on an acre of land, the home is comprised of seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a powder room, four kitchens, a 73-foot pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, entertainment theatre room, climate controlled wine room, eight-car gallery and a protected boat dock.

The symmetry of this Georgian style home is perfectly contrasted by graceful curves for the driveway, entrance and walkways surrounding it. A border using Town Hall pavers in a contrasting color, helps define the curves and mirrors the color of the home’s roof and shutters. The main paver field is comprised of Thornbury, laid using a pattern that at first glance appears random but, examined more closely, reveals a symmetry that is well suited to the home’s architecture.

This kitchen renovation was part of a larger, extensive interior renovation for an existing penthouse condominium residence, located in Clayton, Missouri. The primary concept for the overall renovation was to bring architectural continuity throughout the entire residence with an edited materials palette that serves as a neutral backdrop for the owners’ extensive art collection. For the kitchen area specifically, dark flooring comprised of large-format Italian porcelain tiles is contrasted with high-gloss white cabinetry at the kitchen’s perimeter and gray-stained reconstituted veneer wrapping the island cabinetry. This neutral palette of white and gray is further enhanced with quartz countertops that include dramatic, gray veining. The custom banquette seating with built-in storage, activates the north wall of the kitchen and serves as an anchor for a new dining table and chairs. A contrasting blue velvet textile softens the built-in banquette, and provides a restrained field of color. The gray wood veneer is echoed at custom wall panels behind the banquette, serving as a textural backdrop for artwork installation. And a light, feathery chandelier hangs above the dining table with intention in mind to not obstruct views of the artwork beyond.

A remodeled ranch-style home a block from the beach in Capitola. Client is a active dad who took the home down to studs during the remodel. He loves open-floor plans and clean lines, so we matched the landscaping to the interior aesthetic with sleek, repeating concrete walls, architectural plant forms including succulents and monochromatic colors for an overall minimalist, textural effect. In the back garden, a custom wood bench provides a spot for the towels while hot tubbing. Pea gravel and light-colored flagstone comprise curving paths connecting garden elements and end in a casual firepit area. Retaining walls in the back garden provide the dual function of slope retention and planting beds, which have both foundational plants and culinary herbs.

This gorgeous home, situated in the Commonwealth subdivision of the Galisteo Basin Preserve, was designed to accommodate the beautiful but sometimes harsh weather of the Basin. Built around an inner courtyard, buffered to the somewhat inclement conditions, it allows for seasonal year around enjoyment. The floor to ceiling windows, European Reynaers Aluminum, were imported from Ireland, and appear as glassy walls that disappear into pocketing doors ensuring magnificent wraparound views.
The grand entrance, encased with an oversized custom steel and brass entry door, with glass side panel and transom, open up to soaring illuminated recessed lit ceilings. Porcelain tile floors seamlessly transition between interior/exterior. An impressive 3-sided Ortal fireplace provides warmth and coziness encapsulating the entire great room. The excellence of the materials and exclusive nature of the finishes are expressed in a tailored and sophisticated manner.
The 4,332 heated per square foot home is designed with two Master Suite wings that spin off the main great room. The state-of-the-art kitchen is sleek and spacious with an expansive island comprised of Elegant Brown granite countertops, luxury modern Italian Poliform custom cabinets and high-end Gaggenau appliances. The home has a highly efficient engineered heating/cooling system with heat radiant floors and Unico air conditioning.
A detached guest casita/art studio sits adjacent to the main house, on a lushly landscaped protected courtyard. The exterior landscaping is organically integrated into the natural terrain, incorporating a bocce ball court, walking labyrinth, sculpture and water features.

TESTIMONIAL
After researching several builders in Santa Fe and then interviewing the ones of interest, we decided on Will Prull as he seemed to instantly connect to what we wanted and how to achieve it. He was also highly recommended by our architect. Our Project Manager was excellent and helped us make decisions that creep up between the plans and the actual building. Our house won the AIA award in 2016 for Santa Fe. When choosing your builder, the most important thing is that your Project Manager understands your direction and has your best interests at heart. Our's did!

Get the best of the vintage antique look with our Spearville Reclaimed Wood 3 Drawer 60" Large Sideboard.
The rough-swan country chic appeal of this sideboard is as unique as they come. The expansive body ensures a versatile placement. You can use it as an accent piece in the living room, as serve-ware storage in the dining area, and as a decorative essential in a foyer/lobby/wide corridor. It can even double as a make-shift media console when the need arises. Handcrafted and assembled out of reclaimed wood, it also warrants an excellent heirloom quality.
The aesthetics of this 3 drawer sideboard comprise largely of mismatched textures that have been artfully arranged along its façade. Practically every aspect of this home was worked on by the time we completed remodeling this Geneva lakefront property. We added an addition on top of the house in order to make space for a lofted bunk room and bathroom with tiled shower, which allowed additional accommodations for visiting guests. This house also boasts five beautiful bedrooms including the redesigned master bedroom on the second level.
The main floor has an open concept floor plan that allows our clients and their guests to see the lake from the moment they walk in the door. It is comprised of a large gourmet kitchen, living room, and home bar area, which share white and gray color tones that provide added brightness to the space. The level is finished with laminated vinyl plank flooring to add a classic feel with modern technology.
When looking at the exterior of the house, the results are evident at a single glance. We changed the siding from yellow to gray, which gave the home a modern, classy feel. The deck was also redone with composite wood decking and cable railings. This completed the classic lake feel our clients were hoping for. When the project was completed, we were thrilled with the results!

This gorgeous, nature-inspired Great Room—comprised of the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room—was reimagined for some wonderful repeat clients, beginning with a small, treasured piece of art.
Their large 1950s ranch house nestled into a gentle hill surrounded by orchards of fragrant orange, lemon, and cherry trees initially featured a too-small kitchen adjacent to a warren of small spaces with low ceilings serving as a dining and sitting area. They dreamed of a more spacious, light-filled layout.
A complete redesign of the home not only resolved spatial constraints but also embraced the beauty of the home’s natural surroundings. By removing walls and creating an open-plan layout, we enhanced the flow and connectivity between the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, seamlessly integrating the outdoors with the indoors.
The relocated kitchen now faces the backyard, to facilitate outdoor entertaining and features a large island, serving as a welcoming focal point for both cooking and socializing. I designed a distinctive ceiling feature above the island, crafted from planks of the adjacent vaulted ceiling, mirroring the shape of the island below. This feature adds architectural interest and visually connects the flat kitchen plane with the vaulted plank ceiling of the sitting area, creating a harmonious sense of continuity and warmth.
A beautiful, prized painting of a bird on a branch created the direction for the color and texture palette. An intriguing yellow-green-tan background in the art guided my choices for the backsplash tile (an iridescent version mimics light glinting on water) and countertops. The kitchen's soothing color palette features various shades of natural green, while the dining area introduces feather-blue tones through chair upholstery and rug. Just steps away, the inviting sitting area features a rebuilt fireplace clad in cut, polished Haisa marble tiles in a vertical pattern. The soft, generous seating creates a comfortable spot for movie nights or cozying up by the fire on a cold winter evening. The elegant, simple silhouettes of the furniture enhance the serene and calming atmosphere of the space.

This classic courtyard is part of a project completed by Gary Duff Designs which secured and strengthened this home’s existing old-world charm. By building on the original color palette comprised of beautiful reds and browns, the team incorporated natural stones to enhance the look. The renovated walkway can now be summed up in one word: classic. The new and beautiful courtyard was completed by a flowing fountain as the focal point. Fun finishing touch: a basketball half-court with the same beige coloring, because even the most elegant backdrops deserve some whimsy.
