A non load bearing wall was removed to make an open concept kitchen and dinning space. We installed an island to make extra work space. To keep clean and dimple look we installed 6" basic floor molding's, simple white shaker cabinets and added a black granite counter top for contrast. A white subway tile backlash was added for texture.

This South Shore of Boston client approached the team of Renovisions to remodel her existing basement bathroom. This bath, with an outdated fiberglass shower stall was cracked and leaking into the concrete floor below. The room had inadequate storage, was dark and did not boost this home’s overall market value. It was definitely time for a Renovision and the client was excited to get started! She was looking forward to sharing the new space with guests that stay at her home and use the bathroom often. Working alongside this client was fun and productive as great design and product choices were selected together. In the design process, Renovisions presented a unique idea; using the basement foundation ledge for a shelf that ran into the shower area, gaining extra space for shampoos and soaps, eliminating the need for a niche. Another great idea was to implement a Grohe Smart Control valve which brings this shower experience to another level; they can choose ways to spray with the right degree of warmth. The stunning stream-lined shower trims in brushed nickel finish match the style and finish on the single-lever vanity faucet. The contrasting dark grey, large format porcelain floor tile’s texture resembles a linen-look pattern the client requested while complimenting the darker veining in the quartz curb, shelf and vanity countertop. The Carrera-look porcelain shower wall tiles boast no-maintenance and provides a clean, brighter appeal seen through the beautiful custom shower glass enclosure. We lightened up the bath with a light blue paint color which added a fresh look, giving the illusion of a bigger space. As you can see, with the right colors, textures and accessories, we transformed this basement bath from Drab to Fab. The client was thrilled with her basement Renovision, a true Breath of Fresh Flair’!

Transforming the blank canvas of a basic builder’s backyard into a captivating retreat, we turned a grass-dominated space into an effortlessly elegant low-maintenance haven with a distinct Asian flair. At the heart of this metamorphosis is the expanded patio and walkway, featuring offset architectural pavers that not only captivate the eye but also contribute to a dynamic sense of flow throughout the elongated backyard. Finally the homeowner had no furnishings for this room except for a king size mattress. Gave the walls a fresh coat of paint and wall papered two of the walls to draw you into the room. Selected a bedroom set with a grey weathered finished and antique brass accents - the grey to coordinate with the existing window shades and ceiling fan and the antique brass to compliment the pops of gold in the wallpaper. Added sheer window panels to frame the windows, antique brass side table lamps and masculine bedding to contrast the feminine whimsical wallpaper.

It will enhance every modern kitchen with it's clear lines and puristic form language. It provides easy access to the required cooking utensils and eases the straight lined kitchen architecture at the same time. A horizontal square railing of stainless steel colored aluminium screwed directly onto the niche back wall, provides the basic support element. Several function elements in lacquered solid oak are suspended here in various positions. The choice of instruments: shelves, paper roll holders, hook rail, utensil holder and a knife block. Separate function items can also be used as a shelf for smaller items. All lighting developed and designed by LEICHT demonstrates energy efficiency class A+ UL listed and is thus highly efficient. premium LED light with 4100 K (Kelvin) luminous color.

This kitchen was your typical builder basic design. Lot's of cabinets with no thought for function. An odd shaped island that took up space, but didn't provide much storage. We straightened out the island to create more storage and loads of function. It now has the sink, dishwasher, trash center, bookcase, mixer cabinet and microwave drawer plus more! We removed the wall double ovens and added a 48" range instead. This allowed us to flank either side of the fridge with roll out pantry cabinets. An appliance garage was added to the corner. The range has a custom hood over it that blends seamlessly with the cabinets. The client needed a space to sit and check the mail so we created an office space at the end of the wall. Behind the blinds is a new 10' slider for access to the patio. Luxury vinyl plank flooring went in throughout the house. Custom pendant lights were hung in clusters of three above the island. The kitchen was painted Accessible Beige by SW.

This family called us to help them add interest and colour to their very grey living room space. The room was partially furnished with a good basic grey sofa, a grey patterned carpet and a round navy chair. We started by painting the walls white and layering in colour and texture through additional furniture pieces and accessories like lamps, pillows and drapery. Walnut wood tones on the new mantle and coffee tables add warmth to the scheme, along with the hits of terracotta. The dated brick fireplace got a simple, inexpensive makeover with a can of white paint. A few black accents provide contrast and help anchor the room.

At first glance, the pool room had dated paneled walls and boarded up windows; the pool itself had rings and streaks and the concrete decking around it was cracked and uneven. On the upside there was an impressive wall of windows that filled the room with lots of natural light. My thought was if we lighten the walls, and darken the pool and ceiling, the contrast would give the space a rich luxurious feel. The ceiling was paneled like the walls too, but lacked its own personality. For it's make over, it required a second floor to be built eighteen feet high to do the work safely. Once it was built we added big chunky, rustic beams with iron strapping and wrapped the room with a beautiful border of scripture. One of the walls was hand painted with a mural of Jesus overlooking Israel. This amazing artwork brought in color and gives the effect of windows. The staircase was basic wood; we redesigned it with distressed wood and iron railing. There was enough space for a built in beverage bar and a space for rolled towels. The different elements working together provided the harmony in texture and color that makes it feel warm and inviting.....
