RenovisionsA traditional look and feel was required for this farmhouse full bath remodel. Period touches such as a Carrera marble basket weave floor tile design and Jado’s Savina pedestal sink maximized the visual impact of this bath originally built in the late 1800’s. 3”x6” White Subway tile walls contributed to the clean, simple, yet classic look and feel. Custom wood linen tower and framed medicine cabinet in painted white finish ensure plenty of personal storage and convenience yet provide a streamline appearance, keeping with the period of this lovely antique.

It’s a perfectly-screened open wedge that starts small at the outer door frame and gets bigger as it reaches the wall of the house. If you didn’t already know we custom make all of our screens, you could tell by looking at this wedge. And there’s a matching screened wedge at the opposite end of the porch, too. These two wedges of screening let in just a little more light and contribute to the airy, summery feel of this porch.

Braswell Design+BuildWith its coffered ceilings, white-on-white color scheme, and the sun streaming in the floor-to-ceiling windows, the expansive room exudes peace. The additional painted built-in cabinet across from the fireplace helps frame the room, and our suggestion of a mirrored television above the fireplace contributes rather than detracts from the room’s graces. Three re-paneled arches between living and dining room give the passageway a pleasing formality.
Eileen Gordon DesignA complete remodel of a 70s-era home re-imagines its original post-modern architecture. The new design emphasizes details such as a phoenix motif (significant to the family) that appears on a fountain as well as at the living room fireplace surround, both designed by the firm. Mahogany paneling, stone and walnut flooring, elaborate ceiling treatments, steel picture windows that frame panoramic views, and carved limestone window surrounds contribute new texture and character.
