This entry renovation worked entirely within the existing structure of the house. The closet opposite the front door was removed to create more depth physically and visually. Most of the work was done with interior finishes and custom built-ins. The split level residence presented many challenges to design and construction, but the result is a path filled with beautiful details and thoughtful transitions.

An exterior rendering of a mid century modern split level home. The multi-color natural brick siding is complimented by siding, windows and trim painted in a dark charcoal black. The two-car garage door is solid in a mahogany wood tone finish. The entry door is wood with 5 glass windows in a finish to match the garage door. The light fixtures are small cylinder lights in a black finish to match the siding and trim.

Colin B. took this picture of a staircase on which we installed Wood-look Porcelain Tile on all treads and risers, with a Mosaic Tile Pattern on every other riser.
