This space was converted into a nursery for a cool wee dude. The clients wanted a room soft enough for an infant but edgy enough to grow with him as he ages through toddler into the tween years. The back wall of this gorgeous and sexy bedroom was custom designed.The rectangular wall upholstery was done in a beautiful taupe metallic fabric contrasted by an ebony wood built inn with custom built in storage for books and accessories. On each side the mirrored night stands add glamour and sparkle to the room. The mother of pearl inlayed chandelier and matching pendants give off a warm and glowing light to this glamorous Master Bedroom.

Sitting room converted to a walk-in closet. Finish: Autumn Leaves Ringoes, Flemington, NJ Crown Molding – custom fitted around window trim. Floor mounted. Built-in (cut baseboards). Backing on main wall. Cabinet with glass doors. 3 Different sized drawers. Shaker style.

We converted this screened porch to a Four Seasons Sunroom System 230 Walls Shade Straight room. The room has sliding windows of high performance Conserva-Glass Select and screens. Removed existing ceiling and exposed wood beams to give the room a larger feeling but comfortably warm.

Clients' first home and there forever home with a family of four and in laws close, this home needed to be able to grow with the family. This most recent growth included a few home additions including the kids bathrooms (on suite) added on to the East end, the two original bathrooms were converted into one larger hall bath, the kitchen wall was blown out, entrying into a complete 22'x22' great room addition with a mudroom and half bath leading to the garage and the final addition a third car garage. This space is transitional and classic to last the test of time.

Former bedroom converted into a closet and sitting room. Winter cherry material, LED lighting, 16 drawer island, mirror inserts in doors, storage for approximately 54 pairs of shoes in boxes, window seat with two large drawers, two tilt hampers, matching baseboard and quarter round shoe moldings. Windows, an exterior door, recessed lighting and a ceiling fan were added to convert an existing screened porch into additional living space. A new deck was constructed to replace the original deck for access into the back yard from the addition.

The owners of this home in Mount Vernon Alexandria, converted the Lower level carport into an enclosed sunroom, with optional garage space, an unfinished attic space was turned into a game room with a ping pong table, and future study for their loved grandchildren. There is added extra space footage to the attic space, a cedar closet, new French doors, direct & indirect lighting, new skylight lights to brighten up the attic, triple triangle window, etched glass garage doors, extra garage space, and used client’s provided wooded door connecting the sunroom to the patio.
