This home was designed with a clean, modern aesthetic that imposes a commanding view of its expansive riverside lot. The wide-span, open wing design provides a feeling of open movement and flow throughout the home. Interior design elements are tightly edited to their most elemental form. Simple yet daring lines simultaneously convey a sense of energy and tranquility. Super-matte, zero sheen finishes are punctuated by brightly polished stainless steel and are further contrasted by thoughtful use of natural textures and materials. This kitchen not only lacked adequate storage and functionality but also did not convey the contemporary style & open, family-oriented concept they had envisioned. In addition, the current space was in much need of general repairs, more modern materials, updated electrical, lighting, plumbing lines & fixtures, and professional appliances that would better cater to the household and their love of cooking together as a family.

Ralph Lauren was our inspiration - both the clients and I love rich plaids, warm textures and touches of leather mixed with interesting metals. Because the rowhouse is so narrow, we added an entire wall of navy blue built-ins to the living space to create the illusion of more depth while adding much-needed storage. We wanted this home to convey the feeling of a favorite cashmere sweater, worn jeans and Gucci loafers.

This particular project brought great pride to our Regal, it was a perfect example of the ingenious collaboration of design ideas between the client and Sean. An open design concept must be executed with space and functionality in mind. This project accomplished just that. The tray ceilings and recessed lighting convey an artistic architectural design that supplemented the expansiveness of the entire space.

This stair is one of our favorites from 2018, it’s truly a masterpiece! Custom walnut rails, risers & skirt with wrought iron balusters over a 3-story concrete circular stair carriage. The magnitude of the stair combined with natural light, made it difficult to convey its pure beauty in photographs. Stunning, large antique doors were used for Teak On The Hudson's exterior door. The door's beautiful wrought iron design convey a sense of elegance upon entering the restaurant. Using gorgeous gold antique hardware on the door completed the exterior's luxurious design aesthetic.

The client was focused on having a room that, while it embodied superb levels of performance, also convey elegant design. As an entertainment destination, the experience should begin at first glance. Upon opening the door an expectation would occur which would be delivered by the performance. In order to achieve this, the design team provided concept design methodology to develop and present architectural style which works with the performance engineering. Precise design documentation, details and construction support brought the dream to fruition.
