Primal White Laminate flooring from Carolina Home was used on the ceiling to enhance the rustic coastal vibe of the office. For the flooring, COREtec Plus luxury vinyl plank in Hudson Valley Oak with color variations of warm greys and dark toned browns complements the grey in the ceiling and is the perfect mixture of coastal and farmhouse style. For the final touches, the walls were covered in a bright white shiplap, and an oversized recessed niche with cork provides a place for Brittany to display her latest remodels and current design inspiration.

A beautiful Mamaroneck Tudor with its original tiny kitchen was badly in need of renovating. The homeowners shifted and enlarged the rear of the house to create a peaceful space with earthy toned charcoal grey Oak base cabinets and shiny back painted white wall cabinetry. Six integrated gas burners from Netherland's Pitt Cooking were fitted into the island, with Gaggenau’s tappenyaki grille for a efficient and beautiful integrated cooking and serving area. This young lady loves white, but wanted to make sure her new space wasn't boring. She desired navy as her accent color, and with a little convincing from USI, she was open to a secondary pop of color (hot magenta) to really reflect her teen spirit. By incorporating this youthful wallpaper, with a polka-dot pattern comforter, this room resulted in a fun, youthful, and cohesive space.

A leaky tub and some cracked tiles convinced our returning clients that an update to their primary suite was long overdue. The old bathroom’s traditional travertine tiles, stained wood cabinets, and bulky tub deck made the space feel heavy and dated. Our goal was to create a sophisticated, light, and serene space that was more aligned with their evolving style. Replacing the sizeable tub deck with a freestanding bathtub opened up the room and allowed us to expand the walk-in shower. A slim niche was strategically tucked into the corner ensuring products are within easy reach. Separate his and hers vanities provide ample storage with an abundance of drawers.. The dramatic veining in the marble-look porcelain provides the perfect backdrop for the minimalist tub and modern plumbing fixtures while the natural marble in the shower plays off the warm golds and grays. With thoughtful design choices and striking finishes, we transformed a dark and drab bathroom into a refined and refreshing retreat.

Dramatic, classic and modern; Obelisk Home’s challenge from the homeowner. We now had to convince the client that a dramatic black alligator wallpaper mixed with a black metallic tile, a sleek black countertop and a colorful listello strip would be the perfect mix in this small space. It is simple, yet shiny light fixtures and a mirror, create reflectivity, warmth and interest. The cabinets were finished in a warm grey with lots of under-cabinet space for storage.
