Designed by Cameron Snyder, CKD and Julie Lyons. Removing the former wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open floor plan meant the former powder room tucked in a corner needed to be relocated. Cameron designed a 7' by 6' space framed with curved wall in the middle of the new space to locate the new powder room and it became an instant focal point perfectly located for guests and easily accessible from the kitchen, living and dining room areas. Both the pedestal lavatory and one piece sanagloss toilet are from TOTO Guinevere collection. Faucet is from the Newport Brass-Bevelle series in Polished Nickel with lever handles.

Comfort and warmth are key to this Old Town, Alexandria townhouse project. The designer has successfully combined American antiques including period seating with modern upholstered pieces. Replacing a cookie cutter kitchen with a contemporary space full of drama, individuality and exquisite design and materials. Glass top table, bamboo chopping block, Houdini glass on bathroom doors, and concrete countertops and pitched inlaid stainless steel drying area.

The modern Ploum Settee in a bold blue fabric anchors the room. To mirror the white lacquer and wood from the opposite end of the house in the kitchen we used a this white lacquer and mangrove wood table. Again the juxtaposition of modern and traditional is used in the side chair. The contemporary shape is upholstered with an large houndstooth fabric. The art piece is another use of nature to bring the outside in. This piece is by Jackie Battenfield. Since there are lot of kids in the family the use of whimsical sculptures representing childhood games and fun from the artist Kaiser Suidan spill down the wall effortlessly.

A mountain modern residence situated in the Gallatin Valley of Montana. Our modern aluminum door adds just the right amount of flair to this beautiful home designed by FORMation Architecture. The Circle F Residence has a beautiful mixture of natural stone, wood and metal, creating a home that blends flawlessly into it’s environment. The modern door design was selected to complete the home with a warm front entrance. This signature piece is designed with horizontal cutters and a wenge wood handle accented with stainless steel caps. The obscure glass was chosen to add natural light and provide privacy to the front entry of the home. Performance was also factor in the selection of this piece; quad pane glass and a fully insulated aluminum door slab offer high performance and protection from the extreme weather. This distinctive modern aluminum door completes the home and provides a warm, beautiful entry way.

Every stone contains the potential to create a unique piece, it just needs to be formed and led by the natural process. The original material will become precious object. Maestrobath design provides an added value to the products. It enhances the stone material via combination of handcrafted work and mechanical process with the latest technology. The marble utilized to produce our pieces is the metamorphic stone, which is a natural combination of sediment submitted to the high pressure and temperature. Produced Marble is used in designing and creating master pieces. Puket contemporary vessel sink is master pieces of art and will give a luxury and elegant vibe to any powder room or whashroom. This durable circular marble bathroom sink is easy to install and maintain.

The unique opportunity and challenge for the Joshua Tree project was to enable the architecture to prioritize views. Set in the valley between Mummy and Camelback mountains, two iconic landforms located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, this lot “has it all” regarding views. The challenge was answered with what we refer to as the desert pavilion. This highly penetrated piece of architecture carefully maintains a one-room deep composition. This allows each space to leverage the majestic mountain views. The material palette is executed in a panelized massing composition. The home, spawned from mid-century modern DNA, opens seamlessly to exterior living spaces providing for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.
