So the homeowners decided to come to designer Roz Marshall at Beco to give their kitchen breathing room and a style to suit their tastes. Gone was the island to be replaced by a peninsula. The door to the outside was also switched with the window in order to make the kitchen flow better inside and out.

A shower seat and micro tile on the floor and ceiling as well as in the shower niche add to the luxuriousness and comfort of the shower.

Drawing inspiration from family trips to the Atlantic coast, the client's chose to incorporate a navy and white aesthetic in the color scheme as well as a complimentary custom stain shade. Due to the massive footprint of the new kitchen, the three colors worked well together.

Instead of replacing the tub a large walk-in shower was installed with a built-in shower seat.

A taller, more slender tower cabinet was installed, providing more storage space for the clients once the fur down ceiling was removed. The low hanging lights were also removed, and replaced with can lights to enhance the open-concept design. Crown molding and coordinating paint colors finish the room nicely.

Farm sink and Quartz into the window sill make a clean effect.
