My clients had outgrown their builder’s basic home and had plenty of room to expand on their 10 acres. Working with a local architect and a talented contractor, we designed an addition to create 3 new bedrooms, a bathroom scaled for all 3 girls, a playroom and a master retreat including 3 fireplaces, sauna, steam shower, office or “creative room”, and large bedroom with folding glass wall to capitalize on their view. The master suite, gym, pool and tennis courts are still under construction, but the girls’ suite and living room space are complete and dust free. Each child’s room was designed around their preference of color scheme and each girl has a unique feature that makes their room truly their own. The oldest daughter has a secret passage hidden behind what looks like built in cabinetry. The youngest daughter wanted to “swing”, so we outfitted her with a hanging bed set in front of a custom mural created by a Spanish artist. The middle daughter is an elite gymnast, so we added monkey bars so she can cruise her room in style. The girls’ bathroom suite has 3 identical “stations” with abundant storage. Cabinetry in black walnut and peacock blue and white quartz counters with white marble backsplash are durable and beautiful. Two shower stalls, designed with a colorful and intricate tile design, prevent bathroom wait times and a custom wall mural brings a little of the outdoors in.

727 Fuselage Home
The airplane, nestled beside the rain forest and beside our Costa Verde II building, is perched on a custom-built platform 15 meters (50 feet) up from the ground. At this height, its guests will be able to enjoy scenic ocean and jungle views from both the factory airplane windows and the handcrafted deck that has been built atop its wings. The inside of the plane has been decorated using local teak wood and Costa Verde‘s renowned innovation. This has resulted in a beautiful wood paneled fuselage with three queen size beds, two bathrooms, TV, AC, kitchenette and safety deposit.

The client was referred to us by the builder to build a vacation home where the family mobile home used to be. Together, we visited Key Largo and once there we understood that the most important thing was to incorporate nature and the sea inside the house. A meeting with the architect took place after and we made a few suggestions that it was taking into consideration as to change the fixed balcony doors by accordion doors or better known as NANA Walls, this detail would bring the ocean inside from the very first moment you walk into the house as if you were traveling in a cruise.
A client's request from the very first day was to have two televisions in the main room, at first I did hesitate about it but then I understood perfectly the purpose and we were fascinated with the final results, it is really impressive!!! and he does not miss any football games, while their children can choose their favorite programs or games. An easy solution to modern times for families to share various interest and time together.
Our purpose from the very first day was to design a more sophisticate style Florida Keys home with a happy vibe for the entire family to enjoy vacationing at a place that had so many good memories for our client and the future generation.

This stunning home office space features a corner desk with lots of file storage and counter space. The upper cabinets are connected with valance with LED lighting and continuous crown throughout. Cabinets also include lockable file drawers, corner organizer cubby, and a framed tack board panel. The system was made using the Viva textured Sunset Cruise melamine with matching five piece door and drawer fronts.

This narrow Downtown Miami balcony was optimized with two seating areas, new slate floor tile, contemporary outdoor furniture, and an LED-illuminated bar-height table. Designed for a compact bayfront vacation condo, the balcony gives the clients a functional outdoor retreat for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying views toward Bayfront Park, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami cruise port.

This Downtown Miami living room remodel was designed for a family of four who travel between London and Miami to enjoy their bayfront vacation residence overlooking Biscayne Bay. A Natuzzi sectional with remote reclining function creates comfort for extended stays, while a custom stainless-framed mirror visually expands the compact living room and reflects the waterfront view, sky, and cruise ships the client loved watching from the condo. The vivid aqua rug, clean white furnishings, contemporary artwork, and open view toward the kitchen give this small waterfront residence a brighter, more functional, and highly personal Miami retreat.
