This Boerum Hill, Brooklyn rooftop terrace garden features a zinc fountain flanked by corten steel planters, custom-built ipe wood planters, bench seating, and a bed of Mexican beach stones. Many people enjoy outdoor fountains for the relaxing sound they provide, which can also help to drown out noises from A/C units or other jarring sounds of the city. After walking through the entry with the open living room on the right you enter the expanse with the sitting room at the left and the family room to the right. The original double sided fireplace is updated by removing the interior walls and adding a white on white shiplap and brick combination separated by a custom wood mantle the wraps completely around. Continue through the family room to the kitchen with a large island and an amazing dining area. The blue island and the wood ceiling beam add warmth to this white on white coastal design. The shiplap hood with the custom wood band tie the shiplap ceiling and the wood ceiling beam together to complete the design.

His and Hers floating beech wood vanities with quartz counters, include a drop down make up vanity on Her side. Custom recessed solid maple medicine cabinets behind each mirror. Both vanities feature large rimmed vessel sinks and polished chrome faucets. The spacious 2 person shower showcases a custom pebble mosaic puddle at the entrance, 3D wave tile walls and hand painted Moroccan fish scale tile accenting the bench and oversized shampoo niches. Each end of the shower is outfitted with it's own set of shower head and valve, as well as a hand shower with slide bar. Also of note are polished chrome towel warmer and radiant under floor heating system.

A few rare vintage 1950s pieces here along with a custom bone inlay starburst table, hand silk-screened draperies, and sofas designed by Melina Copass & Preston Sharp. Due to the challenging long and narrow shape of this room, custom designed sofas, especially a Tete-a-Tete style, were needed to create combination seating for around the fireplace and the adjacent TV wall. Bead board and chair rail was installed as a backdrop for the custom made storage benches and trestle table. The outside corners of the eating alcove are protected by corner posts topped with a ball finial. Toe kicks were built in the storage benches to allow even more room for feet.
