The dark walls, ceiling and motorized blackout draperies help set the tone. The television wall was custom designed to conceal all the speakers, subwoofer and AV equipment behind twisted felt panels. All the high definition sound comes through without any distraction from visual clutter. The wall was custom design by Maven Interiors and the custom felt textile is by Moufelt.

This area of the open concept space is one of my favorites. The carpentry work of the fireplace feature wall is breathtaking. We are pleased how we were able to incorporate not only a stunning feature but an interesting design to hide the staircase to the 2nd floor and to the basement.

A down-filled custom linen sectional sits atop a graphic rug from Stark Carpet. Custom white oak coffee table anchors the room. Children can easily come and go via the Mud Room door to the backyard play area. The space also multi functions as a connection to the laundry, artist studio and garage. Custom cabinetry offers plenty of options to stow away jackets, bags and shoes. The dark hardware contrasts nicely against the white and gray cabinetry, and the plank wall provides durability to the built-in. The deep wooden bench relates to the wood floors throughout the rest of the main level, while the porcelain tile provides durability and a playful pattern to greet the family every day.

This large suite with a 60"s vibe was designed for a young girl to grow into. Dedicated areas are devoted to sleep, reading, socialising, homework, and art projects. The huge space was united with 3 different colors of pink stripes. Happy pink and green colors make it a cheerful oasis.

We are in love with this fabulous custom kitchen that we designed for this modern new build. We were initially inspired by the retro backsplash tile which then created the colour palette for the enitre house.
