This baking center has a kitchenaid mixer stand that can be lifted up to be flush with the countertops, then tucked away below the countertop when not in use. There is plenty of storage for rolling pins, measuring cups, etc. The right cabinet has vertical storage for baking + cookie sheets. This well-designed mudroom combines functionality and pet care, making it a perfect space to handle everyday tasks while keeping your home clean and tidy. There's dedicated dog washing station, making it easy to keep your furry friend clean and fresh. The built-in dog bowls provide a convenient and designated spot for their food and water, ensuring their needs are met. Alongside the dog-centric features, you'll find a laundry area, allowing you to tackle dirty clothes and linens efficiently. Additional cabinets offer plenty of storage space to keep cleaning supplies, pet essentials, and other items neatly stowed away.

This laundry has the same stone flooring as the mudroom connecting the two spaces visually. While the wallpaper and matching fabric also tie into the mudroom area. Raised washer and dryer make use easy breezy. A Kohler sink with pull down faucet from Newport brass make doing laundry a fun task.

Located in Newport Beach’s coveted Port Streets, this family home was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined to create a layered, detail-rich forever home. We expanded key living spaces — including the kitchen and primary bathroom — to enhance both functionality and everyday luxury. Throughout the home, thoughtfully curated moments bring personality and warmth. From the beautifully wallpapered dining room to the checkerboard marble laundry room, each space was designed to feel timeless yet distinctive. Living spaces and bathrooms were individually styled using a cohesive palette of blues, greens, and warm browns — creating a sense of flow while allowing each room its own identity. The result is a thoughtfully tailored home that blends classic design with family-centered living in one of Newport Beach’s most beloved neighborhoods. This home was featured in the 2026 Corona del Mar Home Tour.

This dedicated, custom dog washing station was a practical addition for our client. It's finished in a gray and white ceramic tile and equipped with a raised platform, multifunction handheld showerhead, and custom pull out drawers with storage for grooming supplies.
