Deleting the blind base cabinets and peninsula to make room for a free-standing island gave the client more efficient storage and a better space for entertaining. Light fixtures were updated and LED undercounter lighting provides task lighting for food prep and ambient lighting for after dinner. Builder-grade white backsplash and floor tile were replaced with contemporary tiles. New stainless steel appliances complete this transitional kitchen. Cameo by Louie the Cat.
Yorktowne Maple Everet Wheat with Burnt Sienna Highlight. Berenson Deco hardware 9450-1BPN. Cambria Windermere countertops. Danze Melrose stainless steel pull-down faucet. Progress lighting Wisten chandelier, pendant and 3-light track. LED strip undercounter lighting. Insinkerator Badger 900 disposal.

The massive Jacuzzi tub was at the top of the homeowners’ demo list. Deleting the huge fixture created loads of space for the primary bathroom’s new feature soaking tub: the Fleurco Alto Petite Tub. Measuring only 58” X 31 - 1/2” 23”, it is the perfect blend of form and function in a slim profile that works beautifully in the space. The new tub features a contemporary deck-mounted Moen Genta Roman Tub Faucet in matte black.

The homeowner loves to cherish the past and has asked to keep a few treasured family items in the home. We had a small child's chair, dresser, and round marble top table all refinished in charcoal gray to go with the new furniture. Mixing old with new is key to accomplishing a sense of charm and personal character. The geometric pattern of the area rugs disguise the golden oak floors, but there is enough of the oak floors revealed to give the room a sense of belonging and history. The large scale art and silver sunburst mirror add a contemporary artsy flair. The farmhouse table keeps the design rooted in charm and tradition. Grays in all hues now act as a great backdrop for metallic touches and the pops of orangey yellow.

This is one of our favorite kitchen projects! We started by deleting two walls and a closet, followed by framing in the new eight foot window and walk-in pantry. We stretched the existing kitchen across the entire room, and built a huge nine foot island with a gas range and custom hood. New cabinets, appliances, elm flooring, custom woodwork, all finished off with a beautiful rustic white brick.

New flooring into master bedroom
Now this was a fun project! We had the privilege of stopping out to perform a consultation for this client’s bathroom, and what a project it was! The existing bathroom provided plenty of room for a renovation, but the home owner was a little unsure of exactly what they wanted. They presented us with a wish list, and asked for our advice on how to fit everything into their dream master bathroom. The key factor for the hole project centered around the shower. Number one priority was a spacious, luxurious shower of their dreams. We worked hand in hand with them to provide the perfect layout, which included moving the toilet across the bathroom to make room. The old layout included a shower room that housed the toilet. To provide the biggest possible space, we converted the WHOLE room into one large shower.
While the shower size was adequate for the typical home owner, it simply was not what our client wanted. We replace the window with glass block and moved the toilet out of the room. Then we proceeded to install 2 separate shower faucets with diverter valves and slide bar mounted hand-held shower wands
The tile our client selected paired perfectly, and provided an eye-popping tiled shower enclosure.
The closet was originally sectioned off into 2 rooms with an entrance from not only the bedroom, but also the bathroom. We eliminated this separating to allow a better flow and more storage options. The tub was completed deleted to make room for a longer, more elegant vanity to take its place.
Our client liked the idea of continuing water proof vinyl plank flooring from the bathroom through their master bedroom as well.
We enjoy all of the projects that we are blessed to participate in. However, there are some that just stand apart from the field. We thoroughly enjoyed bringing this client’s dream to reality, and look forward to them enjoying their dream master bathroom for years to come. With this modern kitchen we put in new maple cabinets finished in Chantilly Lace that match so well with the Monte Cristo satin granite countertops and full backsplash. We added shaker crown moulding, power Bars, under cabinet lighting, amerock matte black cabinet hardware, trash Pullout, new storage/pantry cabinet, and new appliances. We also added beam for structural support to increase the opening on the range wall for the new bar top, framed new box above range location for ducting and recessed ceiling mounted hood, increased the size of the kitchen by framing in the dining room opening to increase wall space for cabinets and deleting the wall between the kitchen and dining room.
We removed the soffits in the kitchen to increase the cabinet height, moved plumbing to center the sink on the window overlooking the backyard, added new 6" ceiling LED lighting in the kitchen, bar room and pool table room, relocated outlets and light switches, and patched floor tile due to new layout.

In this photo we updated the shower enclosure to a frameless sleek design and added a more timeless tile design. We also raised the vanity to kitchen height and provided more storage by deleting the knee space and substituted drawers in its place.

Fully remodeled kitchen and first floor. We created a vaulted ceiling with transom windows to invite more natural light into the space, deleted walls to open things up, and customized a cabinet floor plan to meet the client's everyday needs. All finishes were updated and customized to create a cohesive look.
