This zero lot line side area was dirt with 2 overgrown, unhealthy fruit trees before I designed the area to be both eye-pleasing and functional. The desert climate demands special consideration, so artificial turf was used as a 'doggy deposit' area, while the pavers lead from the front part of the house to the rear yard with pool, spa & BBQ, with lake and golf course views beyond. A combination of small and larger rocks require no water & create a riverbed effect & contrast against the green succulents. A bench offers quiet respite and view to the lake beyond.

Brazilian white ice granite is used on both the sink counter and shower details revealing a beautiful white and crème background complemented by a darker gray movement. The surprise is the Quartz deposits that simply add elegance. The simplicity of the ivory porcelain tiles in the shower is a complement to the Brazilian white ice granite used in small splashes throughout, including the custom bench.

After a full and complete transformation. Full porcelain tile walls around the window and to the ceiling. Extra tall custom shower doors with 3/8" thick glass and Enduro Shield glass coat protection from hard water deposits. Custom Quartz Countertop with integrated soft close drawers. Top Mount sinks with single lever faucets.

This deck was built over an existing at-grade patio. The existing pergola was renovated to incorporate new, lattice, privacy screens with integrated planter boxes below. Rainwater is deposited into a pond which overflows into an adjacent rain garden. The deck stairs take you down to a beautiful back yard and garden beyond.

Inspiration for a craftsman exterior home remodel in Indianapolis

It all started with an amazing mural wallpaper from Phillip Jeffries, and then the most fantastic light added just the right amount of fun! Finished off with cozy and inviting bedding atop a light upholstered bed.

This is a straight line pool in the San Antonio area at night time. It has 5 deck jets that deposit water into the pool. The outdoor kitchen is close by, making this pool and backyard great for entertaining.

This features the Selenite Satin Spar Bowl. Irregular satin selenite spars create this stunning natural stone bowl. Disclaimer: Selenite is a natural crystalline material with wide decorative appeal. By its sheer nature, imperfections such as other mineral deposits, which may appear as colored sections or varying crystalline structure, are not only expected, but indeed add to the beauty of the piece. They requested lots of storage so we designed storage in the front of the island as well and the left side was open shelved for cookbooks. Counters are quartz from LG. I love using Quartz for a more durable option keeping it family-friendly. We opted for a nice stone mosaic from Daltile – Sublimity Namaste.

This primary bath features an asymmetrical design combining stained white oak custom cabinetry which is a beautiful compliment to the integrated black soapstone sink, back lit custom expansive mirror, and additional accent lighting under the cabinetry drawers. The linear design features multiple layers for visual interest and a unique concealed panel which opens to the laundry room for quick deposit of towels and clothing for washing.
