This is a barn conversion to a residence. Most of the materials you see are from a 1934 farmhouse in Lucas, TX that was disassembled, rather than destroyed. Undermount sink with sealed wooden vanity countertop.

One night just before Christmas, the driver of a car going 80 miles per hour, jumped the curb, destroyed a chainlink fence, shrubs, and slammed into a pair of cement paver planter beds. The pavers were launched with so much force that two vintage double-hung windows were destroyed along with two glass block basement windows. Still moving, the car rolled on its side and crashed into the North side of the Sunroom. All ten windows were replaced along with the glass block units, water-damaged framing under the stucco was rebuilt, and the landscape was restored.

Compost is a natural, long-lasting way to feed your soil, and a wonderfully sustainable way to dispose of kitchen and garden waste. These spacious bins are big enough to fit plenty of vegetable scraps as well as lawn clippings and leaves. Systems are made entirely of rot-resistant cedar and enclosed on all sides with sturdy wire mesh that allows air to flow to and through the compost. Removable front panels and hinged lids make for easy access. Systems are available in triple, double, and single bin configurations. After hail destroyed tis historic home's gutters, our craftsmen went to work installing new LeafGuard® Brand Gutters. During the process, special care was taken not to disturb the property's landscaping. Here's a look at the final result!

The existing structure of this lakefront home was destroyed during a fire and warranted a complete exterior and interior remodel. The home’s relationship to the site defines the linear, vertical spaces. Angular roof and wall planes, inspired by sails, are repeated in flooring and decking aligned due north. The nautical theme is reflected in the stainless steel railings and a prominent prow emphasizes the view of Lake Michigan.
