This section of the front yard was excavated and filled in with drainage rocks to create a Rain Garden. This is situated in a spot that captures storm-water flow coming down the hillside and provides a basin to store rainwater that normally would have run straight off the slope.
Blue River Rocks cover the area and create an illusion of water when wet.

The master bath features stunning views of Puget Sound.
The glass walls between the bath and hall have a hand-drawn etched glass pattern.

This 30" x 24" abstract acrylic painting has been done in shades of cobalt blue, sky blue, citrine, chartreuse, white, soft sea green, and royal blue. The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with updating the current footprint. Erika filled the niche with much needed storage provisions, like a shelf and cabinet. The shower tile will replaced with stunning blue "Billie Ombre" tile by Artistic Tile. An impressive marble slab was laid on a fresh navy blue vanity, white oval mirrors and fitting industrial sconce lighting rounds out the remodeled space.

You don't need a green thumb or even a garden to put our rustic garden gate decor to good use! The distressed finish makes it feel like it has seen many seasons come and go. Hang it on the wall, lean it in front of your fireplace or on any wall to add interest and dimension. Clip everything from herbs to notes to mittens to it too!
Made of metal.
Dimensions: 40.5” x 1” x 40” H.

To integrate a contemporary coastal design element, the Caicos Blue Beach Glass Mosaic in the color Teal from Marazzi was selected for both the kitchen and wet bar backsplash.

This Loft was tastefully renovated back in the '90s, but was due for an update and an expansion of the kitchen and dining areas to accommodate the client's cooking skills and entertaining needs. EnlargIing the island and adding cabinetry to delineate the office, bar and dining areas was a priority. The bathroom was updated to feel like a tranquil spa with beautiful new tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinets. Our biggest challenge was coordinating the entire renovation while our client was out of town for the Summer!
