Ceramic and Terracotta Duquesa, our new collection of handpainted tiles, draws on influences as disparate as Italian textiles, Portuguese ceramic tiles, Moroccan mosaics, Egyptian wood inlay and Chinese decorative screens. Each tile is handpainted on a cream background, creating a rich vintage look that fits a home with historical roots or brings gravitas to a newly constructed space. Required a creative solution to the front to achieve public art integration, and reduce the impact of scale disparity. The solution was to create 'a 'veil' inspired by Art Deco paterns that wrapped around the front coner entry of the building. The density of pattern was varied to achieve a 'lightness' and shadow/light play on the solid structure .

The island is a combination of an antique bureau and two new IKEA drawer cabinets. Custom side panels integrate the disparate elements.

Inspiration for an eclectic dark wood floor dining room remodel in Bilbao with multicolored walls

This lakeside home was completely refurbished inside and out to accommodate 16 guests in a stylish, hotel-like setting. Owned by a long-time client of Pulp, this home reflects the owner's personal style -- well-traveled and eclectic -- while also serving as a landing pad for her large family. With spa-like guest bathrooms equipped with robes and lotions, guest bedrooms with multiple beds and high-quality comforters, and a party deck with a bar/entertaining area, this is the ultimate getaway.
