On Wednesday October 18th, 2017 Bilotta Kitchens hosted the 7th Annual “Art of the Table” Exhibition. The event featured five interior designers “dedicated to celebrating the fusion of design, art and lifestyle, incorporating the tabletop collections of Replacements, Ltd.” Five distinctive tabletop vignettes were elegantly styled and featured within the expansive Bilotta Kitchens Showroom located within the Architects & Designers Building on East 58th street within the heart of New York City. I was honored to be the first of five interior designers selected. Patio Lane was honored to sponsor the BRW Architects firm in their creation of the "Study Buddy", a combination dog bed and desk for canines and their owners. Patio Lane was asked for a cushion donation, and we were happy to oblige. We custom fabricated a dog bed cushion using Sunbrella Spectrum Dove fabric, since it is breathable and washable. All furniture and decor are donated items from local families no longer in need of these items. We pick-up these donations, sometimes off the side of the road, and give them a new home. More importantly we give this family, transitioning out of homelessness, a fully furnished home, installing hope.

Teenager was able to de-clutter and donate a large amount of shoes, and boots to donation center and friends who could use them more than she could.

Last year we were approached by Dior Builders in Chicago, IL to see if we would like to donate tile to one of America's First Healthy Homes. We were very excited to donate tile from three different collections for this house. ” According to the Chicago Tribune, “Dior’s Healthy Home 2018 is the first in the country to be built under the American Lung Association’s revised Health House™ guidelines, featuring everything from energy efficient products and innovative technologies, to green building materials and nontoxic furniture and accessories.” The kitchen features our in-stock Lena pattern on 12x12 Carrara marble.
