On Wednesday October 18th, 2017 Bilotta Kitchens hosted the 7th Annual “Art of the Table” Exhibition. The event featured five interior designers “dedicated to celebrating the fusion of design, art and lifestyle, incorporating the tabletop collections of Replacements, Ltd.” Five distinctive tabletop vignettes were elegantly styled and featured within the expansive Bilotta Kitchens Showroom located within the Architects & Designers Building on East 58th street within the heart of New York City. I was honored to be the first of five interior designers selected. Other featured designers included Rajni Alex of Rajni Alex Interior Design; Rayman Boozer of Apartment 48; Jennifer Flanders of Jennifer Flanders Inc.; and Asler Valero of Asler Valero Interior Design LLC:

Patio Lane was honored to sponsor the BRW Architects firm in their creation of the "Study Buddy", a combination dog bed and desk for canines and their owners. Patio Lane was asked for a cushion donation, and we were happy to oblige. We custom fabricated a dog bed cushion using Sunbrella Spectrum Dove fabric, since it is breathable and washable. With overwhelming support by the community who dug deep and donated, the 2017 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway successfully raised $961,100 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital! Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a major donor and builder of 11 St. Jude Dream Homes, helping to raise $10,671,445 to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

PKAD salvaged a burned down Church and helped LI Youth Mentoring design a new headquarters. The arbors as shown here was the finishing touches....IPE wood overhead was donated by a sponsor of the organization but could not afford the installation because of the complexities of the install. Missionaries from Brazil "happened" to meet the CEO of the organization and donated their time and experience in working with IPE to do the install.

Kathy Corbett of Kathy Corbett Interiors, Georgia Kukoski of Closet Factory and Muffy and Tommy Barden of Barden's Decorating combined talents to donate time and materials to update the Family Lounge/Playroom and the Feeding Room at the Ronald McDonald House on Monument Avenue. Last year we were approached by Dior Builders in Chicago, IL to see if we would like to donate tile to one of America's First Healthy Homes. We were very excited to donate tile from three different collections for this house. ” According to the Chicago Tribune, “Dior’s Healthy Home 2018 is the first in the country to be built under the American Lung Association’s revised Health House™ guidelines, featuring everything from energy efficient products and innovative technologies, to green building materials and nontoxic furniture and accessories.” The kitchen features our in-stock Lena pattern on 12x12 Carrara marble.
