This contemporary farmhouse is located on a scenic acreage in Greendale, BC. It features an open floor plan with room for hosting a large crowd, a large kitchen with double wall ovens, tons of counter space, a custom range hood and was designed to maximize natural light. Shed dormers with windows up high flood the living areas with daylight. The stairwells feature more windows to give them an open, airy feel, and custom black iron railings designed and crafted by a talented local blacksmith. The home is very energy efficient, featuring R32 ICF construction throughout, R60 spray foam in the roof, window coatings that minimize solar heat gain, an HRV system to ensure good air quality, and LED lighting throughout. A large covered patio with a wood burning fireplace provides warmth and shelter in the shoulder seasons.

This spacious kitchen in Westchester County is flooded with light from huge windows on 3 sides of the kitchen plus two skylights in the vaulted ceiling. The dated kitchen was gutted and reconfigured to accommodate this large kitchen with crisp white cabinets and walls. Ship lap paneling on both walls and ceiling lends a casual-modern charm while stainless steel toe kicks, walnut accents and Pietra Cardosa limestone bring both cool and warm tones to this clean aesthetic. Additional pullout storage was custom designed under the stairs allowing for pantry, brooms and other utility items. When closed, the doors create a finished panelled effect, keeping the stair sophisticated and the storage hidden.

Embarking on a garage remodeling project is a transformative endeavor that can significantly enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
By investing in tailored storage solutions such as cabinets, wall-mounted organizers, and overhead racks, one can efficiently declutter the area and create a more organized storage system. Flooring upgrades, such as epoxy coatings or durable tiles, not only improve the garage's appearance but also provide a resilient surface.
Adding custom workbenches or tool storage solutions contributes to a more efficient and user-friendly workspace. Additionally, incorporating proper lighting and ventilation ensures a well-lit and comfortable environment.
A remodeled garage not only increases property value but also opens up possibilities for alternative uses, such as a home gym, workshop, or hobby space, making it a worthwhile investment for both practicality and lifestyle improvement.

This kitchen is gorgeous with it’s woven textured fabric. The fabric gives an “organic” feel to the space. The clean lines of the roller shades provide a complementary design to the cabinets. The roller shades offer UV protection and also help with energy efficiency.

A young family moving from NYC tackled a makeover of their young colonial revival home to make it feel more personal. The kitchen area was quite spacious but needed a facelift and a banquette for breakfast. Painted cabinetry matched to Benjamin Moore’s Light Pewter is balanced by Benjamin Moore Ocean Floor on the island. Mixed metals on the lighting by Allied Maker, faucets and hardware and custom tile by Pratt and Larson make the space feel organic and personal. Photos Adam Macchia. This kitchen was part of a significant remodel to the entire home. Our client, having remodeled several kitchens previously, had a high standard for this project. The result is stunning. Using earthy, yet industrial and refined details simultaneously, the combination of design elements in this kitchen is fashion forward and fresh.

Inspiration for a mid-sized transitional master white tile marble floor drop-in bathtub remodel in Phoenix with flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets, an undermount sink, white walls, quartz countertops and white countertops

A small 2nd floor laundry room was added to this 1910 home during a master suite addition. The linen closet (see painted white doors left) was double sided (peninsula tall pantry cabinet) to the master suite bathroom for ease of folding and storing bathroom towels. Stacked metal shelves held a laundry basket for each member of the household. A custom tile shower pan was installed to catch any potential leaks or plumbing issues that may occur down the road....and prevent ceiling damage in rooms beneath. The shelf above holds a steam generator for the walk in shower in the adjacent master bathroom.
