As the right side of the photo hints, the dining area is open with and connected to the kitchen. A large sliding glass patio door brings a surplus of light into the space allowing the black walls to produce a relaxed rather than oppressive feeling. The resident wanted to keep her string lights up for when she hosts small parties.

This property located in Historic Brookhaven, a charming in town neighborhood in Atlanta recently sold. The collaborative efforts of many of our trade relationships including Designed2Sell were needed to successfully take this home to market. The seller left a few pieces of art and the piano. All other furnishings were provided for by the staging company. Total repaint, new carpet and a pre-inspection "To Do" list completed before listing helped to position the home to it's best advantage.

Sweatman-Young performed all the work from excavation to the completion of this bedroom suite addition that included laundry space. The original home was built in the 1940's and we made every effort to continue the style of that era inside and out.

The home has a large Cabana complete with outdoor kitchen, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cast stone fireplace, uniquely engineered cast stone columns and entrances with limestone floors. For a homeowner who really loves to take baths, all the stops were pulled out to make this area special. This tub had to be craned in over the roof but it was worth all the effort because soaking up in the trees is pretty sublime. This bath features porcelain marble tiles from Spain and a steam shower with two shower heads big enough for the whole family. In an effort to marry two very different styles, this home offers a warm feel through rustic lighting touches and a nod to cabin style structure. The interior is highlighted with clean, but varying lines to draw the eyes around each room for a full view of clean finishes and simple design.

This property was covered with pink rock when our client called us. In an effort to be gentle on the environment, and to save money, the client took our suggestion to work with what they had by incorporating more contrasting rock to bring the property together in a cohesive design. The clients are active birders and wanted to grow their own food including vegetables and fruits. We worked with interior designer, Nikki Klugh, to select gorgeous furniture to compliment the design.

Inspiration for a 1950s bedroom remodel in Dallas

Client Purchased Cable, Cable railing terminals and turnbuckles from LUX Materials in an effort to update and restore their boathouse and it turned our wonderfully!

This job was a huge group effort with multiple moving parts. We came in and completed the huge deck that stretched across the entire house. Timberline patio covers came in and built two matching gable style patio covers with lights and ceiling fans. Then Undercover Systems wrapped the job up by installing their under deck ceiling system across the entire bottom of the deck. This gave the job a nice finished look they now use the space it for weddings and events.
