A talented interior designer was ready for a complete redo of her 1980s style kitchen in Chappaqua. Although very spacious, she was looking for better storage and flow in the kitchen, so a smaller island with greater clearances were desired. Grey glazed cabinetry island balances the warm-toned cerused white oak perimeter cabinetry. White macauba countertops create a harmonious color palette while the decorative backsplash behind the range adds both pattern and texture. Kitchen design and custom cabinetry by Studio Dearborn. An incredible kitchen design featuring Barn Light Electric's Kao Flush Mounts. Made from solid porcelain ceramic, these ceiling flush mounts are durable, never rusting or staining. This helps the Kao become a long term addition to any décor.

Antique white walk-in closet offers abundant shoe and handbag storage. Note the special java glazing and classical embellishments such as decorative molding and acanthus leaf corbels.

A motorized sliding element creates distinct spaces within a compact 390 sf Manhattan apartment. Fully extended, a bedroom space is create behind the sliding element. The television rotates 360 degrees for view from the living room or the bedroom. A built-in nightstand with power and bookshelves is tucked into the bed opening.

Inspiration for a contemporary laundry room remodel in New York

We designed this Daughter's Bathroom to be a tranquil and sophisticated space with accents of rose gold on sconces and cabinetry hardware. The rose gold is a lovely accent on the soft green/grey cabinetry. The vanity wall is covered in Ann Sacks glazed porcelain mosaic. The countertops are a beautiful White Macabus Quartzite for both an elegant yet easy care material.
